All sweat shorts come with the same fleece lining. If you want something lighter maybe look at the nylon shorts, volley shorts, or running shorts. I would go true to size on those options.
I don't give sizing recommendations based on height and weight as 2 people can weight the same and look totally different, Different builds, etc.. what size do you normally wear in other brands?

I wouldn't throw them in the dryer that's for sure. You will need to air dry them and they should be fine.
