      you clowns are always funny giving this idiot views. you giving this guy thousands to review designer brand gimmicks is the real tragedy. These are designer brands you are just paying for the name these clothes are for people that think1k is 50 dollars. not for clowns working at mcdonalds. its not supposed to be super high quality. its the designers vision and then again paying for the name. Theres nothing to call out. The only thing to call out is this guy that made this video where he invests in gimmiky poor quality items like this and (he knows its poor quality ) and then gets thousands in return for buying this garbage because he knows low IQ brainlets will sub and be like "omg its 1k and its poor quality!!?!?!?!?) . Basically if you are subbed and giving this guy views regulary you are getting conned and a complete vegatable

    This was a phenomenal video. I grew up well below the poverty line, so now that I have some money to invest in quality pieces, I'm trying to learn about quality fabric and construction.
    I've seen the Fear of God and Essentials clothing around many university students and wondered how much the items cost, especially since they were usually paired with luxury brand accessories, such as Prada shoes and a Gucci bag. I have had to repair almost every item I’ve bought after only a few wears, especially the eternal collection was a huge disaster. The lining on my almost 2k bomber jacket frayed after two wears.
    Luckily, their mainline stuff sits and makes it to the sale section, these sweatpants featured in this video made it all the way down to 300ish dollars Canadian on Ssense.

    Love this content! I’d love to be able to see better some of what you’re describing though. If you’re taking apart a black garment, it would be super helpful if you weren’t also wearing black, lol.

    I often buy more exspensive brands (not nenecessarily hype brands) on sale and outlet to get better quality. Videos on brands like this make me fear that was a waste of money. So i'm really looking forward to get reccomendations on brands

    I bet they just lazily put "dry clean only" in response to construction failing complaints (like with the bad stitch design)--as opposed to putting an emphasis on actually making the construction durable on future models.

    What is the term you used in order to help enforce the pocket inside when you do NOT have a side seam stitch?

    • @badfish420
      @badfish420 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

      If we're thinking of the same point in the video, it was a bar tack. On a domestic sewing machine, bar tacks are typically made using a zigzag stitch setting with a short stitch length. If you're not familiar with sewing stitches, a zigzag stitch, as the name would suggest, goes back and forth (side to side) over what would otherwise be a straight seam. Shortening the stitch length results in a higher concentration of stitches, which acts to strengthen and reinforce a seam.

    I would've docked these hella points for the color bleed as you're gonna stain any light colored shoes, tops, furniture, car seats, etc if you wear these... so a negative dollar value for ruining your other stuff.

    Can you please do a deconstruction of the brand Kiko Kostadinov. A Luxury streetwear experimental Bulgarian brand that has (in my opinion) pretty good quality but Im not so good at spotting all the in depth constructions and features to see if its as good as people, including myself, say they are. Especially for tye price point I would hope the construction of the garments are of good quality. Hope to see a kiko video soon!

    The fact that they didn't even use real leather for like a 1 inch tag is actually embarassing for that price point. For 1k, I'd hope there'd be a real leather tag and maybe even a silk/ viscose blend to the cotton. But no. You really are paying $980 for a brand name.
