Does anyone else think it would be a good idea to add storms and blizzards to snowrunner imagine how cool it would be driving through a blizzard in the middle of the night on the edge of a mountain with a fuel tank on your back also what I'd like to see more in snowrunner is distant fog but still the graphics are amazing in it

Spintires is still more realistic, you can see mud sticks to the tires, while in snowrunner it doesnt. Snowrunner has nicer graphics, but physics wise Spintires/Mudrunner wins. I wish we had combination of both

Spintires offers the best physics. Feeling the weight of the truck, especially when it's loaded, is better in Spintires than in the Snowrunner. Also, the contact of the wheel with the ground is much better than the Snowrunner. In addition to the good physics, Spintires has a realistic mud sound that gives a great feeling of driving in the mud. Snowrunner is not good at this. Vehicle dirtying from mud and water soaking is much better on Spintires. In Spintires, only the parts that come into contact with mud/water get dirty/wet. I think there are only constant dirt levels on the Snowrunner. Finally, water physics. On the Spintires / Mudrunner side, water sweeps the truck and flows through the gaps above the truck. And when you dive into calm water, the truck sweeps the water. Water sticks to the wheels. And yes, Spintires supports amphibious vehicles. On the Snowrunner side, the flowing water stops when you stop your truck against the water current. As the truck passes through the water, there is only a poor animation of the water. And yes, Snowrunner does not support amphibious vehicles. But in the other hand, Spintires / Mudrunner is a little pointless. All you can do is carrying logs from somewhere to somewhere. Completing objectives is not giving so much things. You can use the best trucks from starting of the map, so there is no point to finish objectives. Snowrunner's hand is powerful there. There is a lot of objectives to do, there is a lot of upgrades to find, trucks to buy, bridges to build etc. There is a point. I'm completing tasks and earn money to upgrade my truck to overcome the obstacles on the maps. Exploring watchtowers for not only seeing the actual map but finding objectives, upgrade parts etc.

I have mudrunner on my console along w snow but I will say I miss the old trails an modded vehicles I had on my old PC! Thanks for sum nostalgia might have to mod the hell out of it an do sum off-road!
I think mud runner was the most challenging one, it was like 1%- rally 2% normal concrete roads 97% concentration and precizitaion, mud/dirt all over your face
I do miss the mud build up on the tires. I hope they add that detail to snowrunner in an update. I would always like building up the mud then washing the truck off in a river. I also miss the mudrunner gear selector. I don’t like how snowrunner makes it so you have to go through the automatic to reach the low and high gears and reverse.
Spintires is still way better. Sadly they decided not to expand the game modes like Snowrunner. But Snow runner so too arcadish. Still good but I would pay anything to have the same physics ans Spontires does, and a hardcore game mode
No they dont. They refused to update the original game. They put all their efforts into making a better version of the game so that they could charge people twice. Only when they realized that most people were still playing OG spintires instead of mudrunner did they start putting updates and DLC's into the original game. Shady business practices.
I think saving is done automatically by the game at particular intervals, in order for ur game to be saved when u exit u should first exit to main menu, then exit the game. I do this every time and I don't lose trucks.
video idea: do highway/all terrain/offroad/ tipe comparation tipe 1 vs 2 vs 3.I mean that you can 3 tipes on offroad tires and idk what is the best tipe.
Separate games, with the same graphics and phisics engine (with many improvements), and a lot of new more content and bigger maps(especialy in snowrunner xd)

Snowrunner is best, it have bigger number of cars and better graphics, but classic Spintires started all of this, and most popular is Mudrunner. It is very hard to decide which one is best.
one thing they missed out on are one the tanker log trailers where the bottom half is a tanker with a log carriage on top to hual fuel to the logging site and logs back down to the mill.
Snow Runner game is a completely different game, it can not be compared and put on the same list with Spin tires and MudRunner! It is of the TS-2,TS and FS-15/17/19/22 variety, but neither SpinTires/MudRunner

On mudrunner you use to get tense when you load was leaning with all them logs about to tip over then you'd pull it back which was like thank #$@% lol. But with snowrunner the loads are just BORING . I miss having to go down the same hazardous tracks time and time again for more loads to take to other places on the map . It just felt like you'd accomplished something. But with this game there's non of that . But that's my thoughts.

Strange but there's plenty of hazardous routes in SnowRunner, I lost count to how many times I lost cargo due to treacherous roads and not just on lake Kovd, but even on starting region. I guess you just didn't used the same trucks as I did (KRS 58 "Bandit", Western Star 6900 TwinSteer)? And if you used modded trucks - it would explain why you had no challenge playing the game!
I've never played any of them but I got mudrunner since it was cheap and still relatively new. Absolutely love it and for the price it's very good. Obviously snowrunner is the better game but since the PS5 is coming out soon for the price I think mudrunner is the best value
If they didn't take away support for a shifter in snowrunnner I wouldn't have requested a refund. You add features when making a sequel, not take them away. Both spin tires and mudrunner fully supported shifters.

Mudrunner2017 has depression filter turned up to max.
Try Spintires and you will notice how much the game has improved even compared to Mudrunner.

Yes spintires have good ground contact with mud so it feels nice . But snowrunner doesnt have . That much contact. On mud or ground
