You know with the shadow voice, I don't and have never thought of it as something inherently "dark" or hurtful. It's just that part of you that really cares too much and sometimes we need to go "hey gurlie calm down we're good hunty" so I appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us about the shadow voice!
