Weird... everyone else shows it... maybe it's the size of the video? Or u didn't pause enough? Those are my 2 guesses... it would be nice if they gave u an answer.. like said everyone else is getting away with it on this video🤷♂️
I'd like to report that I saw them at Wembley 3 weeks ago with 80,000 others and Brian (76) screamed for 2 hours with a smile on his face the whole time and Angus(69) played and danced around the stage like a kid with huge hair! Best time of our lives!
That was seventy thousand+ fans. They sold the stadium out three nights in a row for over two hundred thousand tickets. The entire river plate concert is probably one of the most well known AC/DC concerts of all time primarily because of how insane the crowd was. The audiences in Argentina are crazy good. Pls, TNT or Hell's bells next.
I can only agree with you. I saw them on that tour - the last concert with Malc (R.I.P) and that line up in the UK, I believe. I bought the River Plate DVD as a sort of souvenir. I couldn't believe how magical that show was. An essential view.

@@generichardson4771 ,Thank you Gene,it's pretty tough still.. I just try to remember all of the memories.. From the keg parties,to the Concerts, all the way to hunting , fishing, and camping in the Great Outdoors!!
I finally saw ACDC about 12 yrs ago after not seeing them when I could for decades. Funnest concert ever!!! It's amazing how Angus is effectively the 'front man' (not taking anything away from Brian), without ever saying a word. His guitar is his voice. But he has so much charisma on stage, and is such a great performer/entertainer. The audience ranged in age from 7 to 70....what a blast!
With AC/DC, there’s 2 main singers. Originally, Bon Scott was the frontman. Highway to Hell, It’s a Long Way to the Top, Dirty Deeds, TNT are some of the songs with Bon Scott. In 1980 Brian Johnson took over as the singer following Scott’s untimely death. Hell’s Bells, Shook Me all Night, Thunderstruck, Back In Black are some songs with Johnson.
When someone asked AC/DC about making ten albums that all sounded the same, angrily replied what do you know, we made eleven albums that sounded the same. 😊
Ain't nothing wrong with being a " one trick pony" if it's a really good trick and the pony is damn good at doing it. If aliens come to earth and ask what rock and roll is THIS is who you point to.
More AC/DC from River Plate Please!!!! Not too shabby for a bunch of old dudes!!!!! AC/DC played 3 straight nights at River Plate in Dec 2009 to a total of 220,000+ ppl so says their official web site so that’s 73,000+ a night!!!!! Brian Johnson the lead singer was 63, Angus Young the lead guitarist was 54 and the rest of the boys were in their 50’s!!! Legendary is all I can say. These Argentina fans are the best on the planet and they appreciate good hard driving rock and roll. Just look at all the different ages in the crowd. It transcends generations. Unbelievable!! So says Austin Tx!!!! 🤣🤣🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸😍😍😍🥳🥳😎😎🍸
The lead singer Brian Johnson is from my hometown in the North East of the UK, such a unique voice and super talented. What a crowd that is by the way 🙌🙌
I believe when AC/DC hired Johnson, your fellow brethren because they wanted similar voice to Bon Scott's voice. Plus, Johnson was playing a game of pool with AC/DC's crew while bandmates were determined to select their next vocalist.
...and the incredible thing is when you hear Brian speak, you'd never believe he could sing like that! God bless him, I just hope his hearing issues have now been resolved. He's now in his late '70's of course. 🙋♂
AC/DC has been around for 50 years and they are currently back on tour. There have been a few line up changes over the years, but they always bring it. I saw them several times in the 80s. Always a great show. Back in black is by far my favorite album.
Down the AC/DC rabbit hole I see? So many to choose but please enjoy 'For those about to rock' from the same concert. The best way to finish a concert.
i was a driver for the Black Ice tour around Australia they did a number of years ago, when we where in Brisbane they did thunderstruck, and to end out the song a literal storm rolled over and produced lightening and thunder at the end of the song, was something absolutly magical to see, good to see you found some awesome Aussie rock gods!!
AC/DC was my 1st concert back in ‘81. The thing I love the most is everyone loves AC/DC. In ‘90 I had a “lady of the night” on my left and lawyer in 3 piece suit on my right. AC/DC is the rare band to survive a change at singer. The original singer Bon Scott died by misadventure in 1980. If you react to his songs please do his version. Whole Lotta Rosie live in Paris 1979 shows how much energy they have.
These guys are in their 50s and 60s at the time of this concert. The energy they put out from beginning to end. The crowd size is near 80,000!!!! AC/DC has done this all over the world. This show and the one in Munich Germany are my two favorite AC/DC live concerts. They can be found on TH-cam if you want to take a real dive into AC/DC. It is worth the few hours to get involved. Thanks for sharing!
Had the HONOUR of working this tour .. that"s 200,000 ppl , 60,000 on the floor 3 nights here ALL CRAZY .... the rest of the tour was INSANE,, all the crowds were this size...
The reason concerts today aren't like that anymore is because there was once actual talent. This was 30 years after their peak and they were still better than anything at the time
With a voice like ELMO soaked in cigarette ash and whiskey, Brian Johnson from the band Geordie in NewCastle England, Joined ACDC in 1980, after the loss of their 2nd singer, BON SCOTT (born in Scotland like the two guitarists and bassist, they all moved to Australia as kids). They were led by Dave Evans in 1973, but never got out of the bars and clubs in Australia. Realizing that this was the 20 year anniversary of Thunderstruck, this guys are unstoppable. And this wasn't the big hit on the album (MONEY TALKS was their first #1 hit in 1990.)
When singer Brian Johnson finished his audition, he told the rest of the band that he had to leave and get ready for the next day's work. They responded by saying that his job was to be their new lead singer.
Quite possibly the greatest rock band of all time. Nobody has done as much, for as long, at as high a level as consistently as AC/DC has. Your in for a wild ride.
@@brianjohnston4117, no, for me it’s Queen (with Freddie!). So everyone has his personal preference, it’s not comparable in my opinion. The only thing I know: the music had a better quality than today’s.
@@brianjohnston4117 While I love me some Pink Floyd, to say they can match AC/DC in volume and consistency I think is just mistaken. Before 1990, maybe. Since then Pink Floyd has only released 2 studio albums whereas AC/DC has released 6.
One of my very first rock shows, at 16 as an exchange student in Australia in '76, outdoor show in Adelaide the year Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap released in Australia (released with a different track list in '81 in the USA). Came home telling friends "you won't believe these guys." Thunderstruck works to this day, loved the Season 5 'Road so Far' intro for Supernatural that used it (available somewhere on YT).
AC/DC were formed in 1973 in Australia by Scottish immigrant brothers Angus Young (lead guitar) and (the late) Malcolm Young (rhythm guitar)... they have not changed their sound much from their first records in the 70's w/ basic hard rock - guitar/ bass/ drums and vocals w/ no keyboards or beats... Some of their biggest hits include - 'You shook me all night long'... 'Back in black' ... 'Highway to hell' ... 'For those about to rock' ... 'Shot down in flames' ... 'Whole lotta Rosie'... 'Moneytalks'... 'Rock n roll train' ... 🔥🤘 Angus Young became the band's mascot as the 'schoolboy' because he was so short and looked the part - his sister Margaret suggested he wear a schoolboy uniform and stitched up his first suits... She also suggested the name 'AC/DC' for her brothers' band from the label of her sowing machine... Their older brother George Young (and former bandmate Harry Vanda) produced the early AC/DC records... AC/DC were a local rock band in Sydney in 1974 when they were introduced to another Scottish immigrant named Bon Scott, who had been singing since the late 60's... He first played drums for AC/DC (He was their driver before that!) ... But when their singer quit one night before a gig in '74, he offered to sing and Angus and Malcolm loved his raspy, bluesy vocals. Bon Scott recorded the first 2 AC/DC albums in 1975 in Australia - 'High voltage' and 'T.N.T.' ... Phil Rudd (drums) and Mark Evans (bass) joined AC/DC that year and the band was signed internationally in 1976 - they released an international version of a debut album 'High voltage' (compiled w/ songs from their first 2 Australian records) It wasn't until AC/DC's 4th album 'Let there be rock' in 1977 when the band finally got to tour N. America (Their 3rd album 'Dirty deeds done dirt cheap' was not released in the US until 1981) w/ Cliff Williams (bass) joining ... 5th album 'Powerage' sold 250K copies in the US without any radio airplay. In 1979, AC/DC finally had a hit record - 'Highway to Hell' ... it sold gold in the US (half million copies) and the band was poised to make a big break in the 80's. However, tragedy struck AC/DC in early 1980... their singer Bon Scott was found dead in a friend's car in London after he had passed out from a night of heavy drinking... A devastated AC/DC were urged to carry on by Bon Scott's grieving parents in Australia. A quick search for a new singer led to UK native Brian Johnson, who grew up on 50's American rock n' roll like Bon Scott did... Brian Johnson had spent the 70's recording and touring w/ his band Geordie before they split up in 1976. His raspy, screeching vocals were heavily influenced by the iconic singer Little Richard. AC/DC dedicated their 1980 album 'Back in black' to the late Bon Scott... w/ Brian Johnson on vocals. The album became a phenomenal success, selling over 10 million copies in the US alone by 1981 (25 million in the US to date - top 5 best selling album of all time) Subsequent AC/DC albums ('For those about to rock - We salute you' in 1981... 'Flick of the switch' in 1983... 'Fly on the wall' in 1985) failed to sell as many copies... AC/DC played Rock in Rio festival in South America in 1985 and have been huge there ever since. A major comeback record for AC/DC came in 1990 when the single 'Thunderstruck' became a huge hit from the album "The Razor's Edge"... which sold 5x platinum in the US. AC/DC carried on releasing platinum albums like 'Ballbreaker' (1995)... 'Stiff upper lip' (2000) and 'Black ice' (2008) and were selling out arenas and stadiums worldwide. In 2013, AC/DC announced that founding member Malcolm Young (rhythm guitar/ songwriter) was retiring after he was diagnosed w/ dementia; Sadly, he passed away in 2017... He was replaced by their nephew Stevie Young (rhythm guitar) in 2014 for the album 'Rock or bust'. In 2016, singer Brian Johnson had to be replaced on tour because of his hearing issues... he returned in 2018 to record their 2020 album 'Power up'... Longtime bassist Cliff Williams announced that he was retiring in 2016 and played his last AC/DC show in 2023. Longtime drummer Phil Rudd, who had been fired once in 1983 (he rejoined AC/DC in 1995) was arrested in 2014 w/ serious charges in New Zealand. As a result of his convictions, he was replaced on tour in 2015/ '16 but played on their 'Power up' album. In 2024, AC/DC finally announced a European stadium tour w/ Matt Laug (drums) and Chris Chaney (bass)
George Young and Harry Wanda had their own slice of fame in the late 60’s in the group “The Easybeats” who had a world wide hit with “Friday on my mind”.
AC/DC is a great, unpretentious band. They JUST ROCK HARD. Safest concert ticket you can buy, because they always bring the energy. Brian Johnson isn't their original lead singer, but he a great front man. Also, every song is guaranteed to have at least one amazing memorable guitar lick. Check out "T.N.T." , "Dirty Deeds" "Whole Lotta Rosie" and "It's a Long Way to the Top"
AcaDaca!!! I was wondering when you were going to find them! These Aussies really blew up Rock & Roll and cemented themselves in history. They really rocked out hard and sold out concerts everywhere. Try to find an older live of this song, you'll see even more excitement and possibly better bass, like the drums and bass will just pound through your entire fabric/being. Thunderstruck is forever an anthem.
I was a fan of the earlier AC/DC with Bon Scott and saw them on the Highway To Hell tour in November 1979 in Passau/Germany. They were a bit more varied in sound back then because Bon Scott wrote a lot of their songs. Bon Scott was also a much better singer than Brain Johnson. After Back In Black they are unfortunately just boring. Every song is like the other. @eddybulk1992 You shouldn't compare AC/DC with Pink Floyd. AC/DC is simple stomping rock and Pink Floyd is a unique total work of art
Thunderstruck was one of the best songs to start off with when reacting to AC/DC for the first time. They basically are the band that got me into taking guitar seriously. The saying “never meet your heroes” is non-existent with this band because they’re are some of the most humble, modest down-to-earth bunch of blokes. Brian (the lead singer) is the type of guy you’d like to go out to a pub, have a few pints and recite stories.
I`ve seen them 2 weeks ago in germany, the concert was great and i`ve seen them several time over the years, but THAT argentinian crowd is awesome! Never seen something like that before and after that. River Plate is my all time favorite! Just brilliant!
Brian Johnson is actually the third lead singer after Dave Evan’s (1973-74) and Bon Scott (1974-80). Bon Scott in an interview was once asked “Are you AC or DC?” He said “Neither Mate, I’m the lightning bolt in the middle”
AC/DC is one of the most succesful rock bands of all time. Their album 'Back In Black' alone has sold over 50 million copies (second most sold album of all time just behind MJ's Thriller). That one album has sold more than 98% of artists have sold during their whole career.
Ok, I'm officially old. When I was young adult this was the biggest rock group on the planet. Everyone and their grandmother knew AC/DC. Now there is a grown woman saying AC/DC is a new band for her. I guess this is how my parents generation felt when they said to me: "How is it possible you've never heard a song from the Beatles?"
No its just her and whatever u grow up with Im 21 and known and loved acdc since i was literally born seen them at this last tour as well Best experience but ive seen them a few times 😝
Argentinian here, we are still like this when it comes to concerts hahaha we are very much into going all out during concerts and going all out right then and there like its the last night of our lives (went with my dad for this concert, absolute core memory)
We saw them on June 9th this year in Munich Germany in the Olympic Stadium. Packed to the gills, the crowd just as wild, even in the sometimes pouring rain! Angus on his guitar has not changed a bit! Their European Tour sold over 1.5 MILLION Tickets in ONE DAY!
My Nephew is a Dirt Track Racer, and his Ritual before the Races is listening to "Thunderstruck" on Repeat to get his Energy up! "Back in Black" is another Banger by AC/DC. GREAT Reaction!
One of the best bands ever for driving down the highway! They don't jerk around with ballads, just pure energy and enthusiasm! I saw the Back In Black tour in High School, and unfortunately missed the Bon Scott years live. (On another note, since you are hitting on an Australian band, and really feel the emotion of music, can I recommend 'Searching', by INXS - especially the live version from the 1996 ARIA Awards? If you like it, check out the documentary on the late singer, Mystify - Michael Hutchence). Warning: INXS is not similar to AC/DC in any way, other than being Australians).
This is the song that grabbed me when I first heard AC/DC. I was ADDICTED! Then 'Jailbreak' found my ears. WOW! Now I cannot pick a winner. Loved your review; fresh music is mind-altering. You've got a lot of experience ahead of you --- starting in the mid-60's.d
This one is still a rocker despite the fact that my local radio stations play it to death. Seeing someone else who is hearing it for the first time is a refreshing experience.
I have seen AC/DC sooo many times since the early 80's!!! Mostly in Texas! But the last time they played here in Zurich Switzerland, they played at an abandon airstrip outside the city (about 5 kms or so)! They were so loud that the police had so many phone in noise complaints from overall the city!! This concert was on the other side of a roughly 1800 meter hill 5 kilometers away!!! It Rocked!!! ;-)
Angus plays a Gibson SG, primarily because it's one of the smallest and lightest guitars that still had a heavy sound (the Les Paul, which the SG was intended to replace, was a good bit heavier). Angus is a tiny guy, and as he's said himself, he needed something he could carry and play all night, and when he started out, there just weren't many options that fit his needs, and the SG was the best of them. And while the guitar industry grew and developed a ton in the 80s and 90s and there are plenty of other options now, the SG is so closely associated with Angus that no one can imagine him playing anything else. Angus and SGs are forever linked.
Oooh, the AC/DC rabbit hole... so many songs! AC/DC... delivering Rock'n'Roll energy for 50 years now! Next, go for "it's a long way to the top (if you wanna Rock'nRoll)", to get a vibe of the Bon Scott era. ^^
AC/DC is one of my childhood band favourites, when my dad loves to go on the drinks and get drunk at nights, this is one of the bands he’ll play on his stereo, and he doesn’t keep the volume down😂
AC/DC, the greatest band to ever exist. Many detractors complain about “repetitive songs” and being “basic” but to me, to be at the absolute peak of music for your entire career with different lead singers, all while being “basic” puts you on an entirely different stratosphere to any other band.
once again such an awesome review, loved the way you were having fun while listening and watching the video. on point as always. btw AC/Dc was formed in 1973 by brothers Malcolm and Angus in Sydney. You mention in your intros your a world traveller, was curious as to where have yu travelled too, only asking since i use to travel to a lot of diff countries due to my job.
AC/DC - huge rabbit hole if you like hard rock. It's all they do. The ultimate party band. It's a shame we have to get old. I enjoyed all of their concerts and would go again if they show up in my area.
AC⚡️DC started playing in 1973 founded by brothers Angus ( school boy outfit ) and Malcolm Young they are still playing today except for Malcolm as he passed away a few years ago… listen to Back in Black by AC⚡️DC ….👊🏼👊🏼
AC/DC singer Brian Johnson as well as Mark knopfler, Chris Rea and Sting are all from the North East of England and all have very distinct voices. AC/DC guitarist Angus Young was once asked what it was like to be one of the best guitarists in the world ... he answered "I'm not even one of the best guitarists in our house"
Yah, that's pretty much them, and one of their clean songs at that. AC/DC started in the 1970's (another of those "great era of rock" bands) and they are basically THE classic uninhibited id of rock, like a dirty poem carved into the bathroom wall with a bronze dagger. The other must-see songs are "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" "Hell's Bells" "Back in Black" "You Shook Me All Night Long" and "TNT." After that, it gets progressively into NSFW territory, but it's always a bit of fun. They thumbed their noses and gave big double middle fingers to the conservative/puritan fright era (the "satanic panic") of the 1980's, and pushed even harder, like, "Ooh, you thought that last one was naughty? Well, here, try this one!" Yah, they are pretty much like that all the time. In an interview, one of them even said (approx), "We'll leave the ballads to the other guys. We're a straight-up rock band." Not my favorite group, artitistically -- you pretty much get what you see here -- but they are reliably energetic and unashamed about the party they are throwing. Back in the day, my berzerker-rage-fueled stepsister would turn on "Hell's Bells" (cranked up to 11 on giant Emerson speakers) at 7am every morning to get psyched up to deal with school; so at least no matter how late we were up the night before, we never missed the bus. Fun times, hard times, hard people, and fun to survive, damage and all.
This is the main reason why we "older" Gen X before smartphones etc. still have our memories of (in my case, it's almost 3500 live concerts/festivals to date) moments, experiences, smells etc. as soon as a song is played because it is and was stored in the brain! There were no cell phones with such cameras/screens until around 2008/2010 when people slowly started taking a few photos, in poor quality! There are studies that all of these, especially very young kids and teenagers, who film entire concerts for 90-120 minutes, no longer have any memories after just 3-4 weeks, purely from memory, because they are too distracted, not 100% present in the moment, in the time with all their senses and so the brain cannot store real long-term/lifelong memories and emotions etc. in the brain and store them in such a way that they are "there" forever as soon as certain things happen like songs, smells, images etc.! There is a simple solution that allows even 100,000 concertgoers to attend a show without filming or taking photos and still have their smartphones with them! Dave Chappelle was the very first artist who was fed up with guests coming to see his new tour show in the evening, filming the whole thing with their smartphones, then uploading it straight away to TH-cam at home and the next day his entire new show was on TH-cam! That's why he and now other artists use THE YONDR POUCH and for over 10 years I have been in favor of a complete ban on filming and taking photos as a guest at all concerts and events with image and sound! Everyone has to put their smartphone etc. in a THE YONDR POUCH before entering the "show zone"! Then we'll finally have peace at concerts again from all the thousands of stupid glowing screens in front of you that really block your view all the time! Get rid of the stupid smartphones at events and concerts!
Bon Scott was the original and very unique singer. They were lucky to find such an amazing replacement after Bon's tragic early death. Rock On Stacey!!
This concert is legendary, I even have a DVD of it, great energy all around! If you wanna react to any AC/DC song, and there's a "live at riverplate" version, then choose that one. It's all in the official channel!
Wow, hard to believe you never heard AC/DC before, they got so popular they were absorbed into Pop Culture and you can hear snippets of them here and there. Great band, straight ahead, no frills hard rock. They know how to do it in their own unique style as one of the great Rock Bands of the last 50 years. Next try Highway to Hell at the same concert, that show was insane! Enjoy. 🎵🎸🎤🎸🎶
I saw them on that tour as well here in Zurich. "Only" 45'000 spectators, not 70'000 like here, but I think it was also 2 concerts in a row and outside of the stadium were another 10'000 as the sound was transmitted outside as well and there were lots of foodstands and people partying around the stadium. They really bring so much energy to a place. I also recommend Bon Scott songs like TNT or especially the video for It's a Long Way to the Top
They have some amazing music & a band called Steve’N’Seagulls does some incredible covers of them Metallica & other bands while putting their own spin on the songs. Another amazing Aussie band is Hilltop Hoods, I was fortunate enough to see them live & they were every bit as good live as studio recordings!
AC/DC filmed "Live at River Plate" in 2009 for DVD and CD in Argentina... but they were not the only band to film and release live concerts in Argentina... Megadeth filmed their 2005 DVD "That one night: Live in Buenos Aires"... Dream Theater filmed "Live at Luna Park" in 2012. Nightwish also filmed "Decades: live in Buenos Aires" in Argentina.
AC/DC are a band that has been going since the 1970s. They are iconic for those in the know. You have treats in store when you dive into their catalogue. Back in Black arguably was a breakout album for them. From 1980. Love your reaction.
One of the great guitar rock songs. You won't get much deep meaning or emotionallly involving lyrics from AC/DC but they can get into a groove and rock. This is as good as they get.
The movie School of Rock is a clear tribute to AC/DC as well as other bands.... Brian Johnson is a guest on vocals on Slash's new album "blue´s"… the song (cover) is "Killing Floor"... also with Steven Tyler on harmonica.
Así es el publico de Argentina, le ponemos pasión a todo, no solo al fútbol, genial reacción, gracias y saludos desde Argentina. This is the Argentine public, we put passion into everything, not just football. Great reaction, thank you and greetings from Argentina.
Check out "A Whole Lotta Rosie," from this show. The crowd is crazy and Angus (lead guitar) really shows his skills. This show is from 2009. Most of the band was in their mid 50s but Brian Johnson was in his early to mid 60s.
"Rock n' Roll Train" is the first tune of the concert...after being quiet for 8 years. The crowd goes crazy at the first notes...and the interaction is palpable. Turns into a single long that is memorable. The official video of "Thunderstruck" is very effective also.

That little feeling in the pit of your stomach is what this song symbolizes. Youve just been THUNDERSTRUCK. The lead singer Brian Johnson's voice is a combination of nails in a rusty bucket and jack daniels in a shot glass. When I listen to the legendary AC/DC so does my whole fn neighborhood.
Argentinians have often been called the best rock fans in the world and it's easy to see why. Every rock concert I've seen from Argentina is this packed and crazy.

Never advisable to listen to ACDC whilst riding your motorbike...It has the habit of adding points to your licence.
So bloody tdue😅
I saw them at Wembley their first night in July, I’d never seen them live before, they totally blew me away
Couldn't go to that concert train travel to and from London overnight accommodation and £450 for a ticket you're looking at a fortune

THREE CHORDS IS ALL IT TAKES LOL!!!!!!
Geez mate if you’re gonna tell this story at least get the quote right.
@@DaveyPBIt would be kind to supply the correct quote.
And I’m still all over it lol😂

Strange how Argentina hates the Brits because of the Falklands War, yet they love British music. Lol

Thunderstruck is a great song to start with to learn about Ac/DC's catalog, but it's a very big catalog, plenty of well know favorites.
You're not wrong-!!
Imagine not knowing them, then starting again
I'm from Spain and I lived for 7 years in Argentina, close to River stadium, awesome!! And I was there rocking with AC/DC!!
This is one of the best concerts I’ve seen. I wasn’t there but watch it in a 60” HD TV with headphones - and enjoy the sheer energy that AC/DC brings.
I got you beat! I'm watching it on a 70 inch 4k TV!!!!!!

The lead singer Brian Johnson is from my hometown in the North East of the UK, such a unique voice and super talented. What a crowd that is by the way 🙌🙌
And he was in a band called geordie before acdc. Hello my fellow Northumbrian. I'm just up the road in Alnwick
So many to choose but please enjoy
'For those about to rock' from the same concert.
Naw. no band comes close to Pink Floyd , although I love AC/DC.
When I was a kid in the 80's I tried banging my head as much as Angus does during a concert. I couldn't move my head the next day! 😂
Back in Black
AC⚡DC
Angus Young became the band's mascot as the 'schoolboy' because he was so short and looked the part - his sister Margaret suggested he wear a schoolboy uniform and stitched up his first suits...
Phil Rudd (drums) and Mark Evans (bass) joined AC/DC that year and the band was signed internationally in 1976 - they released an international version of a debut album 'High voltage' (compiled w/ songs from their first 2 Australian records)
It wasn't until AC/DC's 4th album 'Let there be rock' in 1977 when the band finally got to tour N.
The album became a phenomenal success, selling over 10 million copies in the US alone by 1981 (25 million in the US to date - top 5 best selling album of all time)
Subsequent AC/DC albums ('For those about to rock - We salute you' in 1981...

Hello Stacey, my name is Claudio, I'm from Argentina, I was at that concert, it was something incredible, unique. Greetings, have a great weekend.
Let there be rock Live at the Apollo is outstanding- 1978!!! they have a HUGE library of fun songs
AC/DC was the first rock band I've ever listened in my life. It gave me so much fun in high school. Now I'm a Pink Floyd fan.
My condolences you went from high energetic rock music to boring music with the exception of Another brick in the wall
@eddybulk1992 It's OK. One day you'll grow up too, and your tastes will mature.
You are greate. I love PINK FLOYD.
New band to you !!!!!!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂 you are SOO young my love , only been around since 1970s 😂😂 enjoy.
I had the honor of seeing AC/DC 2012 in Hannover Germany. 80 thousand people freaked out and danced. AC/DC rocked the stage. unbelievable!

No its just her and whatever u grow up with
Im 21 and known and loved acdc since i was literally born seen them at this last tour as well
Best experience but ive seen them a few times 😝
Watched them in concert in the Montreal Forum back in the late 80's. One of the best concerts I have ever gone to.
Argentinian here, we are still like this when it comes to concerts hahaha we are very much into going all out during concerts and going all out right then and there like its the last night of our lives (went with my dad for this concert, absolute core memory)
I was at a ACDC concert in Austria with my son, years ago, he was at the age of ten and 120.000 other people! We will never forget!Brilliant
Surely it should be "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap"!
We called the crowds like this Thumping ... Welcome to ACDC you are going to love it
This is the song that grabbed me when I first heard AC/DC. I was ADDICTED! Then 'Jailbreak' found my ears. WOW! Now I cannot pick a winner. Loved your review; fresh music is mind-altering. You've got a lot of experience ahead of you --- starting in the mid-60's.d
It's a long way to the top ACDC, With Bon Scott and the bagpipes of course.
Thunderstruck, live at Donnington in the light of day, 1991, is unreal. The audience is huge
Take me back to the 80s and 90 any day of the week … best times ever…. So glad to have enjoyed it all growing up.. 😊😊😊😊
This one is still a rocker despite the fact that my local radio stations play it to death. Seeing someone else who is hearing it for the first time is a refreshing experience.
I saw AC⚡DC twice in 1978 with Bon and once with Brian early 90s when they played thunderstruck.
Rock & live go hand in hand it's rock at it's best. So happy to be part of the time's back then in the real world.
It Rocked!!! ;-)
mythic band, mythic song and legendary live ! what else ? simply MOOOOOOORE !
You don’t go see AC/DC to see a concert, you go see AC/DC to be in the biggest party of your life.
I think they were in their early to mid 50s for this concert tour. Seen the 5 times every time was worth it. Awesome song great reaction.🤘🤘🤘
Young lady that crowd is crazy because they are listening to en epic song by THE greatest rock band of all time!
Oooh, the AC/DC rabbit hole... so many songs! AC/DC... delivering Rock'n'Roll energy for 50 years now!
Next, go for "it's a long way to the top (if you wanna Rock'nRoll)", to get a vibe of the Bon Scott era. ^^
Used in the Movie "Battle Ship" AC/DC are an Australian rock band formed in Sydney in 1973
AC/DC is one of my childhood band favourites, when my dad loves to go on the drinks and get drunk at nights, this is one of the bands he’ll play on his stereo, and he doesn’t keep the volume down😂
AC/DC, the greatest band to ever exist.
I saw ACDC in Vancouver Canada during their Back In Black Tour....15 years of age, I wish I could go back in time.

AC/DC was the best concert by far I've ever been to
How about those 200 thousands plus backup singers LOL now that's a concert
And they're currently touring again in Europe. guitarist Angus 69 yrs old and Brian the lead singer 76 yrs old.
AC/DC singer Brian Johnson as well as Mark knopfler, Chris Rea and Sting are all from the North East of England
and all have very distinct voices. AC/DC guitarist Angus Young was once asked what it was like to be one
of the best guitarists in the world ... he answered "I'm not even one of the best guitarists in our house"
A Chris Rea fan 👍
Well, here, try this one!"
Yah, they are pretty much like that all the time.
Good one to pick!!!!!!!!!
Bon Scott was the original and very unique singer. They were lucky to find such an amazing replacement after Bon's tragic early death. Rock On Stacey!!
Bon was irreplaceable , but Brian was literally something else and hes also a lucky strike for Acdc
Umm, nope. Dave Evans was their original singer in 1973.
Bon Scott replaced him to allow them to get out of the clubs back in Ozzie.

Enjoy. 🎵🎸🎤🎸🎶
I’m proud to be an Aussie, a phenomenal rock band, keep listening, two different lead singers, the original guy is something to listen to too! Enjoy
Glad you liked AC/DC Thunderstruck , you would definitely like them with their original singer, the late Bon Scott
The movie School of Rock is a clear tribute to AC/DC as well as other bands.... Brian Johnson is a guest on vocals on Slash's new album "blue´s"… the song (cover) is "Killing Floor"... also with Steven Tyler on harmonica.

"Rock n' Roll Train" is the first tune of the concert...after being quiet for 8 years. The crowd goes crazy at the first notes...and the interaction is palpable. Turns into a single long that is memorable.
The official video of "Thunderstruck" is very effective also.
Hi Stacey, AC/DC are from Australia 🇦🇺, They formed in Sydney, in 1973 and are still going strong today in 2024, They are currently on a European Tour at the moment 😄😄🤘🤘🎸🎸🎸

Big Hi from Scotland 🏴 🏴
RIP Bon Scott 🙏🙏
RIP Malcolm Young 🙏🙏
That little feeling in the pit of your stomach is what this song symbolizes. Youve just been THUNDERSTRUCK. The lead singer Brian Johnson's voice is a combination of nails in a rusty bucket and jack daniels in a shot glass. When I listen to the legendary AC/DC so does my whole fn neighborhood.
Argentinians have often been called the best rock fans in the world and it's easy to see why. Every rock concert I've seen from Argentina is this packed and crazy.
That weekend in 2009, ACDC sold out the stadium 3 NIGHTS IN A ROW! Nearly 300,000 people each night, 1 million people rocked live for the weekend.
No it was about 200000 total for the 3 nights.
I'm sorry, bro. There's no arena with 300.000 people in the world.
🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼my guys‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Yep you’re right again - THEY’RE INCREDIBLE‼️‼️‼️‼️
