    Congrats on the new RVO channel guys!! I love the new studio look as well. Hopefully when the skies permit I'll be testing out the latest RVO 60 ED and see how it performs, so far I am not disappointed on the nice touches it has, and optically this is an ED with extreme performance.

    I very recently bought the 72ED but the inevitable clouds have so far hampered any meaningful attempt at first light. I don’t doubt it’s going to be optically excellent. Build quality and fit and finish are both top drawer, especially the focuser which I would describe as Clyde-built! Look forward to more helpful content 👍🏼

    Thank you for sharing. I had the chance to witness a rocket launch in 2018. Incredible experience. I shared a pretty cool montage of the journey to my channel.

    Congratulations on the launch of this Channel RVO! Really looking forward to seeing more videos from UK professionals. I'm keen on learning about the new iOptron mounts as I'm looking to upgrade from the Star Adventurer Pro mount, so it would be great if you guys could cover the CEM26/GEM28 as a topic in a future video.

      Thank you for the suggestion. Yes we plan on doing some reviews of the iOptron mounts in future videos.

    Good start, nicely done. Would be good to hear not only about the details of products but also availability of products. I am planning to upgrade my mount but I am frustrated, as not doubt are yourselves, with product availability. Looking forward regardless to next show.

      Hi Mr.D. Things are slowly returning back to normal. We have some Skywatcher mounts coming in over the next couple of weeks. If you want to call or email we can let you know about availability.

      Yes the 294 MC Pro is great match for the 72ED. You should get a nice wide field with that setup.

    Beautiful scope, but so few reviews...!
    And so few pix on Astrobin, made with the RVO Horizons... Why is this??

    Great channel! Looking forward to more. On your website It says you use a Fornax mount in your own observatory, would you consider doing a video review on the 52 or Fornax mounts in general? There are very few videos on TH-cam about them. Many thanks

    • @astronomynetwork6355
      @astronomynetwork6355  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for the suggestion. This is something we can look into, and maybe review the Fornax in a future video.

    Can you explain how to use the Barlow lens and it’s purpose?

  • @Kyle_Hubbard
    @Kyle_Hubbard 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Easy subscription. Honestly the images on the site do not give the beauty of the scope, it looks good on the site don't get me wrong but it's stunning in the video. The two objects on the bottom right what are they? I don't mean what they are, I mean the product. The jupiter one looks nice.

    After retiring couple weeks ago, today l have bought the RVO Horizon 72ED Telescope with optional extras, l have looked at different telescopes reflector and
    refractor, l have watched countless reviews on different manufacturers and models on TH-cam. I was leaning more to a 8" reflector scope but thinking is it
    what l really need, due to the fact myself and my wife enjoy travelling around the country with our tourer caravan. So opted for a small refractor telescope that would fit onto my Skywatcher Star Adventurer when we are away on holiday, and at home on the Skywatcher HEQ5 mount which l have bought late last year (have not used it yet). With me retiring, no more getting at 5am in the morning l always found if the was a clear sky, it was always during a working week not the weekend (sod's law). What made me chose the RVO Horizon72ED was the review by Martin Pyott (by the way l subscribe to his channel) it was open honest review Thank you Martin. The is one question l would like to ask l have 3 Nikon DSLR cameras D610, D5500 which l use for general photography, l have a D3100 that as been professionally modify for astrophotography, l am waiting for the Optolong Le-eXtreme dual narrow band filter to come into stock,
    my question is will this filter work with the D3100 or better with my other 2 Nikons. l would like to see on your channel if possible about filters, different types, how many would l need, etc. Thanks again clear skies to everyone...

      @astronomynetwork6355  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Tony, thank you for the comments. The L-Extreme will work with any of your cameras, but will get better results form the modified camera. Yes we plan on making a video about filters in the future.

    Is there a plan for a flattner reducer? Or is it just gonna stay with a flattner?

    • @astronomynetwork6355
      @astronomynetwork6355  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      We only have the 1:1 flattener available at the moment. We have no plans for a reducer just yet, but there may be one in the future.

    After following the prices for few months, I can see the prices have got jumped a month back all of a sudden, especially Skywatcher Dobsonion 400 P Go-to has increased from 2310 to 2999, is there a chance it will come down ?

    • @astronomynetwork6355
      @astronomynetwork6355  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Chandra. I understand this increase was somewhat unexpected for many of our customers. The recent price increases are a direct result of increases further up the supply chain. I'm afraid there is no indication of prices going down in the near future.
