Could be also emotional tremors. My dad have only essential termors, but wrongly disgonsied as Parkinson's, and prescribed dopamine tablets for 7 years, went into many admissions many side effects, changed 20-25. Finally when we stopped all Parkinson's tablets, he is completely normal as how he was before 10 years. Only issue persisting is termors when he gets emotional. So when doctors says your parent has Parkinson's be mindful, because there is no blood test only by assuming doctors prescribe it
