I agree to your point..TCS Wipro has gone bit far and harsh on this . To make it more complicated they have not linked it to the performance appraisal as well.
@@GoelSahab_Talks I agree... Am sure on my calculation, if these companies push more harder employees will leave easily. It's a digital era, you can get job in Ireland working at your home in some town in india. These decisions taken by big companies will definitely face quality deliveries. Ultimately resulting these companies in low quality projects, losing reputation, negativity all over their work force from freshers to managers to directors, no respect to company, etc etc
Adding to what you mentioned, though abolishing WFH completely is wrong but on the flip side employees should also understand the mandate for going to the office for their personal growth and overall development. Thats why hybrid model is the best manner by which companies could manage their culture and also take care of their employees well being as well.
This is mostly due to US economy which is over 65% to India. The overall demand is subtle for next 2-3 qtrs due to high bond rate. As demand 🫴 they will deal with employees with more care. 😅
I don’t understand as how calling employees will solve the purpose addressing the low econmy and demand which translates into decreased cash flow .experts believe that employees can grow only when they are in the office . and ofcourse the politics influence is definitely there..
@sreejeshtark7018 I absolutely agree with you.There is no need to complete work from office. Hybrid could work as well where employees get some better work life balance. However there are still few companies who are not too rigid on this philosophy and giving some flexibility.
