How to rectify error code J7 | Daikin VRV 3

Brand : Daikin VRV 3
model : RXQ8PAY13
error code : J7
J7 Description of fault
1)Outdoor unit liquid pipe thermistor
Detail of fault
1)This is a fault with a liquid pipe thermistor.
2)This fault is produced if the PCB cant read any information from the thermistor suggesting that it is either fully open or closed
circuit.This thermistor can be checked with a multi meter for a resistance value.
3)For the REYQ-P VRV3 series VRV the fault is suggesting that is Thermistor R6T, R9T, R14T.
4)For the other R410a series unit's of RXYQ-M
the fault is suggesting thst the fault is with R6T.

I did this exact same change out two weeks ago.. Had to replace the whole harness with all thermistors on it. Was a bit of a the R6T was culprit. This is great info.

Very good video. I just stumbled onto the channel. Very good explanation. My question is when you put in the temporary thermistor, does the polarity of the pins going into the plug matter? I assume once you get the new parts from Daikin. You will replace the entire thermistor harness?

Polarity doesn't matter.
Will replace whole set new thermistor

Hi Mr Bon MJ, thx for your video. I used the same method for an ERHQ014BAW1 I changed the R6T probe and in doubt all the others, from R1 to R5, but the J7 error is still present, do you have any idea?

Yes, remove the indoor comunication wire and off power supply at outdoor, on back power supply and press reset button more than 5second
