Thanks for another awesome video. Sorry for the problems. Great job sharing the fix. Wishing you safe, happy travels. We love and miss you. Hope to see you real soon. Hugs from 515
Although we have been lucky with our trailer, our tow vehicle lost an alternator between Arkansas and Nashville. I reached out to two Facebook groups I belong to, and got some help getting our trailer to the campsite, and a lead for an expedited repair.
Nothing like having a bunch of repairs! We had to return home to have our slide out repaired after someone ran into it on a riding mower. One thing we enjoy about your videos is seeing the places y’all boondock! You may already have a video about this, and if you do please let me know. I’m just curious how yall do it with limited amount of fresh water and limited gray and black tank space. How do yall handle showers? I don’t want always be dependent upon the costly full hookup kind of campgrounds, but I’m just curious the logistics of how yall make it work.
Thanks for watching! Yes we have tons of boondocking videos basically from the Yellowstone area starting with this video - th-cam.com/video/t7p0oYnC-Kw/w-d-xo.html we are boondocking every day giving tips along the way. We address showering, water, dumpstations, finding the free areas, etc. Even if you dont plan to visit the area we still likely have some good tips for ya. Some videos are more popular than others but give them a look if you get a chance. Thanks again!
Just found your channel 🎉 we just bought our trailer and heading to Utah in a month. First time boondocking in the desert. Heard it’s monsoon season. Looking for higher ground places. Any advice? IOverlander searching as we speak. Cheers!
Congrats on the new trailer and the big trip coming up! Utah red dirt turns to serious cakey mud in a hurry and the washes can be dangerous if rain is around so take care out there. We have two boondocking videos for Utah SO FAR (we'll be back😊) with some desert areas for you. If you havent found them yet watch these th-cam.com/video/HzL3CdF7Nvk/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/Jl3D0t-KzB0/w-d-xo.html. I'm not sure where you plan on going but these videos focus on the south west in ZION's backyard. We also know of some boondocking areas in South Eastern Utah Near Blanding as well. I hope this helps and let us know how it went! 🤙😁
I like your videos and your content, but I really wish you could get your volume under control. First it’s loud then when you are talking it’s extremely low. It’s aggravating to try and keep the volume the same when it changes so much and so often. Other than that your videos are very good.
