@@wakeupcall2665 By your comment I just decided to order a iPhone 15 Plus, 256GB, Black. One of the thing I use it for is for looking TH-cam and Formula 1 (F1 TV Pro)
as an iphone 12 user, I wanna get the 15 plus for the exact same reason! even though the 15 pro is only $100 more, the only things I miss out on are the 3x telephoto zoom, lidar, and 120hz. All of those things I don't even need or use, and the 15 pro doesn't make sense when the 15 plus has literally the best battery life ever in an iphone
After reading some of the initial thoughts on the 15 pro, I went with the 15. Let me just say, I'm very happy with the purchase. Absolutely wonderful phone. Feels wonderful in the hand. The cameras are noticeably improved, and this is me coming from a 14pro. That photogenic engine is no joke. Whatever formula the changed between the 14pro and 15, it's wildly better.
I held onto my old iPhone 8 until recently, mostly because I hated the notch. The cameras this year are really good too so I went for the 15 and I’m pretty impressed.
@UmarAkmalPK I’m speaking in terms of overall quality as the 15 (to me) is essentially a 14 Pro Lite without the 120hz, telephoto lens and the bigger sensor.
literally the only thing holding me back from the base 15 is 120hz and that’s probably exactly why apple kept it from the 15 because otherwise the base 15 is so much better value than the pros this year
For me, i think rhe regular iPhone 15 is the best value this year with all the nice upgrades. Most tech reviewers complain about the refresh rate, but I'd take better battery life over 120 hertz any day. But I'm still undecided if I'd rather get the Pixel 8 instead. Gonna wait until the Google event on Wednesday to decide which one i want.
It's great that all iPhone have USB C ports, but the 15 and Plus could do more. 1) Have 120Hz instead of 60Hz 2) Change the design of the Camera on 15 and Plus 3) Have faster charging 4) Have wireless charging to charged your Earpods 5) Have instead of the base 128GB, start from 256GB to 1TB Again Tech Chap you did Awesome review on the iPhones always.
Then it would be a $500,000 iPhone! Don't ask for more. Just like the Apple's fanboys here, be grateful with what Apple sells you: 1) I can't tell the difference between 120Hz and 60Hz, or even 10Hz 2) I don't use camera. Apple could've just removed it. 3) Na, iPhone 15 Plus' battery is enough for me. I don't even need to charge it, if it drains out I just go buy another iPhone 15 Plus. 4) What are earpods? Na, I never listen to music or receive phone calls. 5) Thanks, 10GB is already too much for my need.
Actually they do, even 200$ androids has 120hz so people are used to it. Ofc apple optimises a lot so it won't be bad 60hz like androids but still it's not an excuse for them to give 120hz at this price range. They could have totally had more people buying the base iphones this year for that sole reason
I rarely use the camera and never play games. Couldn't care less about 120 Hz. The only thing that matters to me is the battery life, so I'll get the iPhone 15 plus.

I already got the 15pro max and the main reason why is cause the price difference isn’t that big and if I’m spending that type of money I rather get the top phone the pro max is mainly wanted for the big screen and cameras.
@@stick272 well said. I sometimes think people just like to show off just because they got a pro max. Lol. Technically for me the 15 plus suits my needs.
I have a 13 Pro and call me crazy, but I’m more interested in the 15 Plus than the pros this year. Giving up 120hz and the better zoom is a hard sell, but I love the colors of the regular 15s. I want the bigger screen and lighter weight.

I'm extremely on the fence about upgrading from a 13 mini to a regular 15. 2 years doesn't seem like that big an upgrade and now suddenly everyone's saying the 13 lineup is great. I love the size and color of my 13 mini but the 48MP, the dynamic island and especially the better battery life are things I'm seriously considering.
@@jackroy9094 yeah, it's rough. It held up when battery health was over 90%, but then it's just not sustainable even for 4-5 hours of screen time. Size IS perfect imo, though

Apple is the king of making the sort of step ladder approach to their products. Spend just a little more to get that feature or spec until you’re all the way at the top. They do it with their MacBooks and their phones. Want 120hz and that’s all you care about? $200 more. On their macs it’s the same story. Ram and ssd upgrades are $200 for a meager amount which should have already come on a computer that expensive the same way 120hz should already be there on a $800 phone.
A good business is not just about making good products; look at the litany of failures from Blackberry to Nokia, LG, etc. You have to survive the long game, and Apple knows how.
I am thinking of upgrading, but that 60hz refresh is doing my head in. I think it’s a clever ploy by Apple to force people to buy the more expensive pro model and I’m not happy about it
If all you do is content consumption, that 120hz isnt gonna do anything but drain your battery. All it is, is smoother scrolling and honestly it annoys my eyes going from a 60/30 fps video to a 120hz scroll.
@@Elite12Pivotthis! No one really needs more than 60hz for general day-to-day task unless you're a content creator which makes no sense to opt for the base model anyway that's what the Pros are for
I'm actually in the minority here and will downgrade to the regular 15. I picked up my Pro on Friday but after comparing the 2 side by side in store there really isn't much of a difference this year. Yes the 60hz is noticeable but not a deal breaker for me.
I wouldn't say deal breaker but for $800 and $900 it's hard to justify. I personally think 90 hurts would have been the sweet spot for the base iPhone 15. Regardless it's still a great phone
While I don't "need" the 120Hz display, it is almost a deal breaker considering how many years it's been out and even a lot of mid-range phones are 120Hz.
Could you compare iPhone 15 vs iPhone X? In regards to significant differences, I think these two models are the perfect comparisons. Also, this is the upgrade I’ve made due to apple no longer supporting iPhone X
@@7860092 I did to iPhone 15. It’s on par with the iPhone X in terms of comfort in my opinion and size. The only difference is the usbc and fast charging
I use 60Hz on my Pixel 7 Pro on most days. No idea what all the fuss is, and I got a projected 14 hours SOT one day thanks to not wasting battery on 120Hz; for me is hardly noticeable (I turn off animations).
The 60hz refresh rate will not matter to the general consumer (like older generations such as parents and grandparents). The regular 15 is still great value for the money! A 14 Pro Lite essentially.
That 60hz refresh rate contributed to it's absolutely insane battery life. The battery life on my 15 Pro Max is outstanding coming from Android, I cannot imagine how much better that battery life is for the 15 plus

I went from the iPhone 12 to the 15 plus. The battery is craaaazy, lasts me the whole day with like 30% left before I charg it again and I’m only charging it up to 80% (a function within the battery optimisation). I know I’m not bothering about upgrading my phone again for at least the next 2-3 years. Idc
I upgraded to the 15 plus from my 13 - first big phone for me since the 6s plus. I stopped going for the big phones since the 6s plus died rather spectacularly when I dropped it in a toilet but slapping a MagSafe popsocket on the back makes it so much easier to handle, plus it’s a lot easier to get really good protective cases that aren’t massive now than it was then.
I seen another TH-camr do a battery test on all the new and all the 14s from last year and the 15 plus blew them all out of the water . Genuinely making me reconsider which model to upgrade to as I have the 13 pro max and was intending on getting the 15 pro max but as battery life is the main reason I have the larger phone its making consider plunging for the regular 15 plus
Got a 15 plus in black and love it, I can understand about the 120Hz but if you went and asked allot of people they would give you a confused face as a tech geek like myself I love 120Hz but it’s not essential although on the flip side would love to have always on as with using the standby mode/night stand the display goes off after around 30 seconds
I’m on an iPhone 11 at the moment, having a hard time deciding between the 15 plus and pro. The plus has better battery life but the camera upgrades and higher refresh rate on the pro looks very enticing.
I see one comment that person know some people who have pro models their pictures don’t come out right and pro models is for people know what their are doing and a some people get a new iPhone they will go for the colors, camera, Battery life, need more memory storage
I don’t care much about 60hz vs 120hz as a feature but I care about the principle. The fact that a 3 trillion dollar company is so cheap that they put 60hz screens on $800+ and $900+ phones is insane 120hz is a basic feature that should be on every phone above $400
Is is all about LTPO, mostly only the Android flagships have LTPO, the normal and cheap phones just have 120Hz without LTPO. But that would ruin the battery life of the 15 (Plus). And there is another aspect: The iPhone account for more sales than all Android smartphones with LTPO together. So the question is, if Samsung would have even been able to produce enough screens
If 120hz were so important, people would have not bought so many iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 14. It doesn’t matter how rich Apple is. So many Apple users say that don’t see the difference: they don’t seek for the best. If someone want the best iPhone, they buy a Pro phone
My ex-wife ordered the regular 15on my recommendation, she’s got an old Xr for the moment. Now that’s what I call an upgrade. I myself am stuck with my old 14 Pro.
I think the vanilla 15 is a good deal this year. I think they are limited to 60hz purely to give you more reasons to go for the Pro. I'm still not sure if I want an iphone. I'll be waiting for the Pixel 8 reveal before I commit.
Supply chain for LTPO 120hz supplies are really tight. Between Samsung, Apple & other brands that are demanding these screen, there is currently not enough supply for new Pro and non-Pro iPhones. Apple is not going to take the middle ground and use 90hz or non-LTPO 120hz screens. Marl my words though, we'll see ProMotion displays on non-Pro iPhones starting with iPhone 17.
I've gone from a 12 pro to a 15 pro... and in hindsight... I probably only need a 15. 60/120hz isn't a dealbreaker, but I'll miss the all the extra camera guffins and the USB3 speeds. I've only had it a week and it's already proven useful.
Nice clear review here of the new 15. Currently using a 12 & the fave for upgrade looks like the 15 base model as ticks all the boxes for me & not bothered with the pro model or 60hz rate…£799 is enough for a new phone!! I only change iPhones every 3 to 4 yrs as more of an upgrade than every year as minimal differences. 🤔😉👍🏻
Smartphones are much more than phones unlike flipphones of the late 90s- maybe about early 2010s or so. Smartphones are computers in your pocket with at least decent camera for pics and video, computer games not necessarily fancy ones playing and you can make calls as well as having a calculator.
I think it's really poor from Apple that they're withholding high refresh rate screens from the standard iPhone models simply to differentiate the product stack. It might be okay if the standard iPhone was cheaper than it is, but for £799 and upwards I expect a 120Hz screen.
Not everyone who wants a phone wants a high refresh rate. To a lot of consumers, they’d prefer better battery life. My girlfriend can’t tell the difference between 60hz and 120hz and just uses her pro on low power mode 24/7.
@@shyrory for that price 120hz should be standard , and if you don't want 120hz just change it to 60hz in settings. It's really cheap from apple to not give 120hz .They should've at least given a 90hz display . Nowadays even the lowest range android phones get higher refresh rate.
It's the sum of the parts, and no 120Hz for most is not even on their radar compared to other features. And who made YT techies the arbiter of whether all phones should have 120Hz? Apple has a business plan, and consumers can choose to buy or not. People should move on as if you are an iPhone fan and your life would be destroyed without 120Hz, pay the extra for the Pro, a few Pounds extra a month, which you will get most back when you resell it 2-3 years later. Typical techies whining about silly stuff.
@amfrepo yeah, it does get tiring hearing the same excuse. You're the type of person who would buy a Toyota Conquest for £80k and say it suits the average consumer's needs, so it's okay.
Upgraded to a 15 plus from my XR, best decision ever. The battery is a beast! I really thought I’d be bothered by the 60hz, but an average user like me could not care less. I barely even notice it! The phone provides such a great experience overall.
@@DonnieChoi It was just a little to big for one handed use (I’m out walking my dog a lot and with the dog lead in one hand and the phone in the other it got a little precarious 😊).
I’m one of those who have not been raving about the IPhone 15. Infact I felt rather underwhelmed when it was launched and when I went to try it out. When you went to look for the phone in your video and was making sure you had the correct one also pointed out to me that there is nothing ‘new’ about this phone, just cramming a few new tweaks in the same old design.
I’m coming from an iPhone XR… so 60hz isn’t an issue. Would I feel ripped off?? Given that Android, Samsung and Google pixel offer cheaper phones with 120 hz… honestly… for me it’s the total experience and what I’m comfortable with… I’ve always owned an iPhone. That’s not to say I haven’t had a Sony Xperia for a short period… I got it when iPhone was only 8MP and the Xperia was 20MP… the learning curve is high on these Samsung/Google phones… people that own those would say different (cause they’ve always owned one) and they are comfortable with it. Look, I’m an IT analyst and we use SeeTest to test mobile apps and they have multi-platform… if I don’t have to use an android for testing… I specifically ignore it… and I go for the iPhone cause I’m comfortable with it. Even Marques Brownlee (MKBHD) said it during a flagrant podcast that he has to carry both cause if he doesn’t and uses one over the other for an extended period of time the less used one becomes uncomfortable.
They might add it in the 16s… My next one will be either a 20 or even 25 (depending on how much advanced the iPhone will become and there has to be huge differentiators)
Honestly, most people don't really care about what a 60Hz display is - it's just tech slang to them. Even if you put a 60Hz and a 120Hz iPhone side by side, people will notice the difference but for most of them it is not significant enough for them to care. Unless you're a total tech nerd, it's the whole phone experience that matters to them, not just the display refresh rate. And yeah, a Casio G-Shock is a pretty sweet watch, but given the chance, people definitely drop some cash on a Rolex Submariner instead.
I just love 15plus specification but only thing pull me back everytime is 60HZ display. I'm still confused should I buy 15+ or have to buy pro models only for this reason. 😢
I have used the standard iPhone, mini and pro, pro max.. this time around I got myself a 15 plus model. I am very happy with my purchase. This is a personal story but I was at the hospital for four days without a charger: I was using my iPhone for texts and calls, nothing more. I was at 20% by the fifth day. I was very impressed because I had enough battery to call family.. it solidified my love for the iPhone plus models. Refresh rate .. I still have a pro max with the 120 hertz but I barely see a difference but you can tell if you’re staring at them while scrolling lol.. not a deal breaker for me: I love this phone but if you want a camera with all the zooms then go for pro max but I haven’t complained as I don’t use my cameras like that.
Love the 15s colors and new dynamic island features, but 60hz pull me back since I'm quite enjoying 120hz it with my 7 pro. Not using telephoto camera as much though, but it's really a nice-to-have one.
120Hz is unnecessary unless you are playing games, which may or may not matter. Is there a way to bump down from 60Hz to 30Hz so as to save battery? Battery life is really what many people concern.
Still deciding which one I will get: 15 plus or 15 pro max but I guess until I see them personally I’ll decide. Meanwhile just want to keep seeing reviews 😊😊
I ordered the PM, because I think it is just more future proof with more RAM, newer Chip and 120Hz. I don’t know what they want to add to that in the next years…
My mom has a XR which is nearly 6 years old. It's about time for her to get a newer phone so I'm going to surprise her with a 15 in a week. I had a XR as well and upgraded to a refurbished 14 Pro Max. While a little heavier; the screen resolution, 120 hz, and battery are outstanding.
60hz with a faster chip isn’t as noticeable. I’ve got both actually and can’t almost see the difference. The 15 plus with the bigger battery life makes it really worthwhile to me.
Apple next year should make : Iphone SE : 60Hz - A16 - Notch Design Iphone 16 / 16 Plus : 90Hz- A17 - Dynamic Island Iphone 16 Pro / Pro Max : 120Hz - A18 - Smaller Dynamic Island. We Know for a fact Dynamic Island will disapear in 2 or 3 years, Next year it should already be smaller for its 3rd appearance
Apple made billions from made-for-Apple Lightning products. If you had a business making you billions and a Gov on the opposite side of the world told you to stop it, you would also be reluctant. Apple runs for shareholders (by law), and they delayed it as long as possible. Of course, Apple will recoup that loss from Lightning sales in some other way, and consumers will pay in the end.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and opinions. Appreciate getting this review I ordered a 15 plus earlier today, expecting delivery in a days. Upgrade from iPhone 11.
The features and price point really do throw into harsh light what a poor proposition the base 14s were last year. 60hz doesn’t mean a thing to me. I literally couldn’t care less. It’s just a shame (for me) that I moved to a Galaxy S23 a few months ago. And yes, I do have dynamic refresh rate switched off 😉
coming from a beat up galaxy S20 with the usb-c port not charging (wireless only), my new base 15 (6.1" black) feels not only way faster, but take photos with much better quality and by far the battery life is superior (finished the day with 20% remaining with moderate/heavy use). I used my S20 on 60 Hz mode so I don't care about it tbh. Here in Australia it actually got $100 more expensive the base model.
I currently have a iPhone xs max and I’m looking to upgrade, i been watching lot’s of reviews and yours makes a really good point about the 15 plus, especially the battery. I’m concerned about the pro max durability but I really want to make this upgrade last another 4-5 years. Maybe i need to see them personally
After watching a bunch of videos from battery tests to durability tests, 15 vs 15 pro, the non pro has much better battery, much better durability, it is smaller/lighter meaning it should also last longer. The 15 pro has the zoom camera (77mm f/24 FF equivalent, that's very bad, in my opinion useless), it has pro motion, and 20% faster graphics to play the AAA games if you're a gamer. I ordered the 15 pro, but I cancelled my order and purchased the non pro when I learned about these advantages over the pro.
I was going to go for a 15 Pro but, like you, have cancelled my order and gone for a regular 15. And the reasons you gave were also a consideration for me in my decision. Have gone for a black one. I like that colour more than the 15 Pro offerings.
@@jiminybillybob9751Saw the black 15 in person since my dad got it and it’s astonishing! Looks and feels like a premium Pro phone. Better looking than the 15 Pro’s too. It’s a darker black.
I'm on the fence for the 15 Plus to replace my 13. The camera improvements and dynamic island have me one the fence. I like the bigger display on the 15 Plus, I'm not a fan of the 60hz display at $800, so buy or wait for the 16. I love the colors on 15 compared to the bland boring colors on the pro models.
Absolutely 120hz is a must these days as my under 300 dollars phones come with120hz(poco x4 pro and realme 10 pro plus) They are charging very premium for the brand and the value proposition in apple terms is out of the chart...
They do it to upsell and allow buyers to choose. The same reason the S23+ only has 1080p on a $1000 phone; probably the only flagship in the world with that low resolution (apart from Galaxy Flip 5). No one has a nervous breakdown because Samsung is upselling, and guess what, as the maker, they can do what they like. Consumers decide to buy or not!
60hz is not that bad at daily usage, only matters with games but you can never game that precise like a console or pc with a phone, so it does not matter that you will gett only 60hz. and below 88% battery lifespan condition, the software automaticly slows it down to 60hz.
Not true it’s 120hz peak and syncs to animation speed as long as phone is not in low power mode. You can feel the difference of 120hz screen just in the menus
@@neopickaze Many people kill the animations (reduce motion in settings); thus, 120Hz is pointless for transitions. That is why I do not need 120Hz, as it kills the battery for no reason. I do not play games, and scrolling Twitter and such-like, I do not notice as I don't do what YT creators do: fast scrolling to prove 120Hz makes a difference. Try 60Hz slow scrolling; it is fine. Anyway, the science says 99% of us can only see 60FPS max, so 120Hz is only the perception; you actually are not seeing the extra frame rate.
I'm currently using an iPhone XR, do you think it compares favorably to the weight of the iPhone 15 plus? I'm trying to decide between it and the lighter 15 model.
Get a 15 plus for longevity of battery alone. iPhone battery sucks. You’ll be able to use it for more years. I think 15 plus might be equal or lighter.
What motivates paying a little more for the pro is that over 24 months the difference is peanuts, plus there are good incentives for trading in an old phone for a new with all goodies. I much prefer the size of the regular but still wish the battery would last longer. My 13 pro became a battery sucker after the last iOS update, still having 92% battery health.
@@MissionControlTet I suspect it is just a bug on this beta/public release. Before the RC (release candidate of iOS 17), battery life was good. Not apparently for some on the current. as an iphone 12 user, I wanna get the 15 plus for the exact same reason! even though the 15 pro is only $100 more, the only things I miss out on are the 3x telephoto zoom, lidar, and 120hz. All of those things I don't even need or use, and the 15 pro doesn't make sense when the 15 plus has literally the best battery life ever in an iphone
13 pro max wouldve been the best choice my brother
It’s cool how Apple has made the lower end iPhones more on par with the pro models compared to before when there was a bigger noticeable difference
I've been looking for this video! No one ever talks about the regular 15 and the 15 Plus, everyone is just talking about the Pros.
Because for the price, those 15 and 15 plus with 60Hz display don't worth it.
@@ngtamphuong it is worth it
After reading some of the initial thoughts on the 15 pro, I went with the 15.
Why you changed?
I held onto my old iPhone 8 until recently, mostly because I hated the notch. The cameras this year are really good too so I went for the 15 and I’m pretty impressed.
Hey bro how is it working overall??? Battery life weight and all what colour u got??
Would love to see a 14 Pro vs. Regular 15 comparison! I don’t see anyone doing this.
@UmarAkmalPK I’m speaking in terms of overall quality as the 15 (to me) is essentially a 14 Pro Lite without the 120hz, telephoto lens and the bigger sensor.

I am a 11pro user.
Even 15 is completely upgrade for me from camera, monitor, cpu, memory, 5G …
15 is enough for me to buy.
It's great that all iPhone have USB C ports, but the 15 and Plus could do more.
1) Have 120Hz instead of 60Hz
2) Change the design of the Camera on 15 and Plus
3) Have faster charging
4) Have wireless charging to charged your Earpods
5) Have instead of the base 128GB, start from 256GB to 1TB
Again Tech Chap you did Awesome review on the iPhones always.
yes you are basically talking about 15 pro! then what is the difference between both!
Then it would be a $500,000 iPhone! Don't ask for more.
Just like the Apple's fanboys here, be grateful with what Apple sells you:
1) I can't tell the difference between 120Hz and 60Hz, or even 10Hz
2) I don't use camera.

Dude that's what I was thinking
Supply chain for LTPO 120hz supplies are really tight. Between Samsung, Apple & other brands that are demanding these screen, there is currently not enough supply for new Pro and non-Pro iPhones.
Apple is not going to take the middle ground and use 90hz or non-LTPO 120hz screens. Marl my words though, we'll see ProMotion displays on non-Pro iPhones starting with iPhone 17.
Pixel 8 was already announced. So what phone did you choose?
I've gone from a 12 pro to a 15 pro... and in hindsight... I probably only need a 15. 60/120hz isn't a dealbreaker, but I'll miss the all the extra camera guffins and the USB3 speeds. I've only had it a week and it's already proven useful.

@@OnlineGirlfd I know but one can hope :P
If the pros are not in stock I will buy the Plus one. Honestly the people who say "bUt iTs 60hz" are mostly kids who play games on their phones.
The features and price point really do throw into harsh light what a poor proposition the base 14s were last year.
60hz doesn’t mean a thing to me. I literally couldn’t care less.
It’s just a shame (for me) that I moved to a Galaxy S23 a few months ago. And yes, I do have dynamic refresh rate switched off 😉
bro. you ve got a better phone
Clear blue and pink are more than gorgeous.
coming from a beat up galaxy S20 with the usb-c port not charging (wireless only), my new base 15 (6.1" black) feels not only way faster, but take photos with much better quality and by far the battery life is superior (finished the day with 20% remaining with moderate/heavy use). I used my S20 on 60 Hz mode so I don't care about it tbh. Here in Australia it actually got $100 more expensive the base model.
I had a 14 pro. Upgraded to iPhone 15 pro max. But then the next few days go by and I switch my upgrade to the iPhone 15 plus pink. Very excited
@TheTechChap2_..yeahhhhh
15 pro max...future proof
And shortcuts app that can have many functions depending on time and location
I’ll keep my 14 plus until the 16 plus comes out.
Looks good. But i still dont feel missing that much features with my xs max
Will 14 pro get all the new camera features (24mp, depth info etc) via software updates?
My dad upgraded to the 15 pro max from the XR. He’s loving it. Although he doesn’t notice the refresh rate
Great upgrade!
I'm on the fence for the 15 Plus to replace my 13. The camera improvements and dynamic island have me one the fence. I like the bigger display on the 15 Plus, I'm not a fan of the 60hz display at $800, so buy or wait for the 16. I love the colors on 15 compared to the bland boring colors on the pro models.
wait for 16 as refresh rate will be upgraded
@@anuragchaudhuri213I wouldn't bet on that
its confirmed the 16 will have the same screen. 60hz
Your reviews are always great! thanks buddy! 🙂
Absolutely 120hz is a must these days as my under 300 dollars phones come with120hz(poco x4 pro and realme 10 pro plus)
They are charging very premium for the brand and the value proposition in apple terms is out of the chart...
Always look for value midrange as they are the best in features and price and will definitely do most of the job, brother
I upgraded from 11 PRO MAX to 15 PMX… Thanks for your videos… It helped me decide
iPhone could easily update the screens in software updates to 90hz or 120hz on 15.
It's hardware issues, not software issues.
@@MisfitGl Same screen built. Feel free to fact check
I am having an iPhone 8 and still struggling between upgrading to 15 or 15 pro. Wanted the pro feature but loves the light weight of 15.
Shame Apple done this, 13 Pro was such a monster on iOS 15... and they took great lengths to fuck up older iPhone models. Are you on 17.0 or 17.0.1?
@@MissionControlTet I suspect it is just a bug on this beta/public release. Before the RC (release candidate of iOS 17), battery life was good. Not apparently for some on the current. It will be fixed (on 13ProMax). My second phone is an S23U, which also lost 1.5-2 hours SOT on the last update (Sept).
@@andyH_England Please tell me later when the iOS update will bring our 13 Pro battery life back
@@MissionControlTet yes, I'm hoping tomorrow the beta will at least get me back on track.
I upgraded from an iPhone X to iPhone 15 plus and the differences are huge! Glad I did.
15 is looking so sweet and comfortable 15 plus like Android feel
15 smooth and luxurious feel ❤
Great review, im coming from a i phone 11, the 15 plus sounds a significant upgrade, but i also like the pro models so i dont know what to go for 😂 🤦♀️
@UmarAkmalPK You're high when reading the specs
is there night mode for 15 plus?
60 hz is no difference , u will not be able to tell !!, stop all the fuss over 60 hz !!!!,
I upgraded from iPhone 8 plus I love the 15+ there’s nothing like it. The battery works. It’s the screen is bright that’s the best phone out there bar none. Buy one.
Fuck no! I have a 14 pro and plan on getting the 15 pro max.
The best review. 🎉❤
this guy is being paid by apple
just upgraded from the 13 to 15 plus, my 13 was perfectly fine and loved it ! i just needed a bigger screen and w better baterry life and wanted to trade it before the battery health goes too low. So far i have been loving my new phone and i tryly believe that unless you are aphotographer, the plus is so much better, the camera is also insanely greatt !!
@2:13 the 15 did stutter with the transition animation
The quality of this video is top notch. Impressive
