@@rbmsig04 You are the rare exception to the rule, and believe me, it is greatly appreciated. Rideshare passengers that tip are generally like finding an oasis in the desert. I think some of this is due to ignorance on the rider's part that Uber and Lyft take so much off of the top, but even once they are told, most don't seem to care.

I had to cancel a ride on a woman today, to keep myself from a negative rating. She put the wrong pickup address into the ride request, then got mad when it sent me in the wrong direction. She called me and told me where she was, so I turned around and went to her, picked her up (she tried to degrade me by asking if it was my first Lyft ride (it was my 77th)), then when we started to roll, there was no destination on the app, no blue line on google maps to tell me where to go. Apparently an inputted destination is not required when a rider requests a ride on Lyft, but if the rider doesn't provide one, then he or she is supposed to be able to well direct the driver to a destination. In this case, the woman didn't know how to get to where she was going, but showed me an address on her cell phone and told me to input it into the Lyft ride. How the hell was I supposed to do that, while I'm rolling down the road in the busiest part of downtown? I got so fed up with her attitude and her demands that I pulled over and cancelled the ride. She asked (pretty angrily) why I cancelled and I told her I in no way, shape or form, wanted her rating me on this ride. But, I don't kick riders out in the middle of downtown, so I told her I'd drive her anywhere she liked, for free, if she would work with me to find her destination. I ended up delivering her to her hotel (that was where she wanted to go) using Siri navigation. No tip for me, of course, even though I gave her a free 6 mile ride. I called Lyft later and they reimbursed me for the ride and assured me she couldn't rate me on it. But the weird thing about this is that a rider can actually request Lyft rides with no destination in the request. Those kind of rides open the potential for some real 1 star zingers.
You can actually edit the destination by tapping the "edit" where their destination address should be on the lyft app. A lot of passenger don't know how to add stops to their rides, so I just modify the address to save me the trouble of showing them how thru their phones.

William O'Brien I would have took the low road and not allowed them to ride. Whos ticket is it when you get a no car seat violation? Could you imagine the stink if there was an accident? It would have all been on him.
People ask us Uber Drivers to commit moving violations as if we are invincible to getting tickets. The rider is not going to pay for the moving violation ticket and they are not going to pay for us going to traffic school (this is not even to mention lost work time and stress). Asking them to cancel and giving them the free trip was a clever move.
The trip was not free. I took the rider to her destination indicated in the app. I was still paid for the trip due to the mileage. I asked the rider to cancel the trip because when the customer cancels the trip the customer is unable to submit a rating. I saved myself from a possible 1 star rating. All of us were happy - she made it to her destination, I got paid and neither of us rated each other poorly.
@@RideWithPeterson Well you weren't happy for obvious reasons. Drivers should have an option in the app to block individual customers that are causing trouble. The rating system is completely useless.
If the Rider has Children and they require Child seats then they need Child seats to ride with me ; it doesn’t matter if they’re from Beverly Hills or Skid Roll. Thanks for sharing your story and take care.✌🏾

@Real Fresh (policeman) "I'm giving you a ticket for not having your child in a car seat." (parent) "but officer, it is too hard to deal with" (policeman) "oh, ok. Nevermind then." Or it could be there is no policeman and you just get into an accident that throws your child headfirst through the windshield onto the road in front of you, killing them instantly. Yeah, too much trouble to deal with car seats like responsible parents do.
@@realfresh8524 Ask yourself if you are the type of person who breaks the law and willfully put children in danger or they type that cares more about their safety. These things define who you are. Chose wisely.
You sir, are a good man (particularly for not refusing the trip, which was your option). As I said in a previous comment, you Uber drivers face a lot more pressure from Uber than any cabbie does from his employer. Had you been a cabbie, you'd not have had that pressure - you could have simply done what you did, accepted payment, and drove off saying "screw 'em if they're pissed". But as an Uber driver, you can't do that - not if you want to keep driving. Please keep posting these videos. Uber's a good idea in THEORY, but in practice they have a LOT to work on.
Why would you do it? If you get in an accident, Uber will not stand behind you, neither will their insurance, your personal assets are in massive risk , you could possibly even face jail time in some circumstances. For a 10 or 20 dollar bill... please
If it’s a short ride yes, take the loss on the money side and preserve your high rating. If it’s a profitable ride and she rates you low for you not willing to violate laws and rules. Walk into your local green light hub, speak with someone of authority there, and demand she be removed from the platform for violating the terms of service by not having childseats for her toddlers. If they blame you, threaten to have the footage shown to news outlets and other you tubers on the kind of stuff we have to deal with and Uber does not have our back when regulating they’re passengers.
Dano Smith - Excellent ideas in your comment. Since that video was made, I have grown a thicker skin regarding certain behaviors from customers, especially when those behaviors could cause a bad experience or an unfairly reduced rating. The circumstances of that ride were such that it was difficult for me to cancel the ride. Even today, I tell myself every time I pass the pickup location that I would have done it again, mainly for the welfare of the child due to the heat. I know I will critiqued for that stance but the needs of the child outweighed my feelings towards the mother and grandmother. That said, I will keep in mind that the best which also protects me legally is to decline ANY ride where a child seat is required and the rider does not provide one.
I don't like this answer because for one its outrageous and idiotic to threaten to show footage of the ride on news outlets. You are the one who should be taken off the platform for even having that thought in your head. I'm scared to think you are an Uber driver.
would showing the footage of you, letting someone talk you into breaking the law, get you in trouble as well? Best to just cancel the ride, if the parent doesn't have a proper child seat for their kid.
@@RideWithPeterson one I know is called "rideshare knight" so basically if you have any major car repairs etc it pays for them, of course with a deductible and a monthly premium. I remember the add said every time it goes to the shop you pay $100 deductible and they reimburse for rental car if needed
If you cancel the ride, they can't rate you either, you just wouldn't have been paid. Also, you're worried about the parking violations but you were allowing the kids to ride without a car seat. Never allow that. You don't have the millions you'd need to pay out that lawsuit, and if you think uber insurance will pay, you're sadly mistaken. Please, never transport kids without a seat, not worth it. You don't need to carry one either, if there is a defect in the seat you provide, guess who gets sued, you.
I did uber two years ago. I was five years with a priemum cab company before that. Uber is hard work for little money and too much stress. All the power is with the customers and uber.
Im a new Uber driver but I'm not breaking the law or risking the safety of myself or any of my passengers...especially children, no matter how exasperated a passenger gets. Rating be damned
I'm not familiar with the Uber app but are you able to text message your clients before pick up? If so maybe in the future you can just sent out a courtesy text to notify them to be in a non red curb area preferably out of traffic.
Once a ride request is accepted, drivers are able to call and/or text riders. Most of the time, I send a text message. There are times when calling is more effective. If there is zero contact with the customer, I cancel the request and move on.
Hey Peterson, I respect and appreciate your content and professionalism. Now as for my commentary on this video? Let me ask you...Had you gotten a fat ticket/fine/ citation for picking up on that zone... Or stopped for driving passengers including minors without proper seating...who gets the ticket? Who has to deal with the mess? Yes, You. Not the passengers. I know you opted for the humane thing, which is nice...however your operating a professional service. Your business income/ driving record was at risk. Nothing should ever get in the way of that. I truely hope that type of situation never crosses your path again. I am uber partner (driver) in central Florida, and i make tough decisions too. I used to be a limo chauffeur in South Florida and learned to be strict business at the right times. Anyways i hope my bit makes sense. God Bless.
A local TV station here in Detroit did an undercover camera report about taking kids w/o car seats. Don’t be that person on the evening news! Under 8 y/o or 57” in Mich they have to have a seat.
Spicy Creole Lady - thank you so much for your comment and for subscribing to the channel. Please send feedback so I can improve the channel and create videos that are truly informative and relevant for you. Rideshare is challenging but enjoyable. I hope to be a good resource to many drivers and passengers.
Both happen all The the time. At least three times a week. Recreational weed is legal in California and ALL KINDS of people are smoking now. When people ask if they can smoke in my car, I say “No.” I am very direct about it. I wait for them to finish smoking and then we start the ride. No one has ever cancelled. The weed smell doesn’t stick around. Same for cigarette smells. As for the unwashed, as soon as they part ways with the seat, I smell it. I use the lemon oil full strength on the entire seat and the odor is instantly killed. Next rider never knows that an unwiped shared a seat with them a few minutes ago. Think about it - just a few millimeters of cloth separates all that tang...
I know exactly what you mean Ive had runs that for some reason just didn't flow right from the beginning through no fault of my own. It happens and some folks are naturally unhappy people anyways. Everyone one of my clients gets the VIP treatment.
Remy Martin - I completed the trip but asked the rider to cancel instead of me ending the trip. When the driver starts a trip and ends it, the rider can rate the trip. When the driver starts a trip but the rider cancels, the rider cannot rate the trip. I was still paid the normal price for the ride. I asked the rider to cancel so I could avoid a rating less than 5 Stars.
aunty uber - The ride was awful in so many areas. It is an art asking a rider to cancel a ride. I just followed basic logic - the riders are NEVER penalized for anything they do in app. Drivers are always penalized for canceling a ride or even not accepting a ride. I used that logic to save myself from a 4 Star or less rating. I completed the ride but did not end it. I explained the situation with the customer and asked for a draw - she received the ride, I was paid for it but neither of us would be rated poorly IF THE CUSTOMER CANCELS. When the customer canceled the ride, I was still paid but neither of us were able to provide a rating. The outcome was favorable for both of us but better for me because I could have rated her 1 Star with little effect on her end. 1 Star against me would have been devastating.
Why dont u just cancel when she dont have car seats? Isn't customer responsible for the car seats and ensuring she is waiting in a safe location to be picked up?
You did the right thing. Stupid entitled people are awful. Any major city has no stopping/parking zones, where I live they do it from 3:30-6 pm to turn 3 lanes into 5. Traffic flows so much better, but all it takes is one idiot 5 blocks away breaking the law and it’s all for naught. Those guys deserve to be ticketed and towed. That being said, the customer should never put you in a spot where you risk a ticket, they should know the rules. If they do force you to come there and stop, boom in/out in 5 seconds is OK. But with kids/luggage, no way! And then they rate you 1 star for poor attitude because you don’t break the law. Crazy man
You did a disservice to all drivers in Los Angeles. You were wrong in allowing them to ride with you without car seats. Not only was that illegal, but it is child endangerment. It's because of drivers like you that are "nice" about these things, that passengers feel like it's ok. It's really not ok. You are putting yourself at risk for a huge liability. I suggest you think twice before allowing this to go on again. The day you get hit with charges of child endangerment is the day you'll regret ever breaking the law because you are worried about some stupid star rating.
aunty uber - the first thing I did was acknowledge that the ride was bad. I acknowledge that neither of us would receive five stars for the ride. I recommended as an alternative to being rated poorly that the customer cancel the ride. I stated that it would be WIN-WIN because each of us would get what we wanted with zero downside. DO NOT just ask the customer to cancel the ride. Point out the primary benefit of cancelling the ride - the inability to rate each other. Remember, if you cancel the ride, the customer can rate you. If the customer cancels the ride after you complete the trip, the customer cannot rate you or leave a comment. You are still paid for completing the trip. “This is difficult to discuss, but I accept that this wasn’t a favorable ride. I know you won’t rate me highly and I know you prefer to be rated highly. I have a solution that may help both of us and be fair. If you cancel the ride, neither of us can rate each other. There is no negative impact to you or your account if you cancel the ride at this point. I safely transported you to your location and the ride has been properly paid for. I think that is fair for both of us. Does that work nicely for you, too?”
aunty uber - I learned this because I was willing to give up the entire fare to preserve my rating. Getting paid after the cancellation was a very nice surprise, so I had to share this experience. I have learned that short trips = high odds of a bad rating. Longer trips produce high ratings because everyone is happy - I’m paid well and the rider enjoys a great trip in a premium vehicle. It would have been more problematic for me to have a low rated trip for 500 trips than to lose $25.
If she was a person who listened and complied with what you offered (the cancellation), why would she not listen and be understanding of the situation, once you explained her that you could not simply violate the law and that the Beverly Hills Police is quick and unforgiving in these situations ? Wouldn't that make more sense ?
this rating system is complete nonsense, puts drivers under immense pressure and at the mood swings of riders... especially for beginners... and considering anything below 4.5 as bad is madness... if there is 5 stars offered, I would personally never rate 5 , unless it was extraordinary - that's what 5 out of 5 stars means to me - but then to expect a service that is cheaper than regular taxis and drivers that make just a few dollars for each ride to deliver that extraordinary service is just outrageous
I get that comparison/compliment frequently. It would be nice if I had his bank account 😉 Thanks for the comment - it put a smile on my face when I needed it!
I absolutely will not pick up kids without child seats. Washington state - where I am is serious about that violation. I do not care if it is 50 below zero, or 150 above. Not happening with me. You are a nice guy, but putting yourself at serious risk.
Man, we are all just one big blob of human. I have driven all kinds of people from the bus to a Phantom and one thing I have learned - all of us have the same drama. Breaking things down by race will make zero difference in the effectiveness of the story. I will break things down by age and in some cases, economics.
If you see a Uber driver with almost a perfect 5-star rating you're going to question it what do you do to get the five-star did he complain and cry the keep it like that if you see a Lyft passenger with a low rating you're going to question it 2 right yes Lyft driver for 2 years with a 4.7 rating never cried or try to complain or tell support that the passenger was rude or nasty never asked a passenger to cancel just for my rating if you have a 5-star rating you don't get more money or more tips people question it in your head but would never tell you
Or just give them a 1 star, and there 1 star won't affect you. Never any mercy for the Santa Monica, Beverly hills, West Hollywood spoiled, unkind, careless, disgusting anymals.
I don't care about rating anymore... Seems if they want to give you 1 star , you won't be able to avoid.... I just hope all Passenger have some common sense and understanding.... If it's a busy street. please be ready when driver arrived. Don't be still in bar talking -_- I currently have 4.93 Uber and 5 star on Lyft. So I guess I;'m still lucky.
I would have taken the one star rating, then reported her to Uber stating that the rider kept requesting you to do unsafe and illegal practices that can get your ticketed or worse, ticketed and towed. Plus she kept asking you to do things that are clearly against Uber TOS. Based on this, you would have been covered and SHE would have gotten either a bad rating or banned from the service. Its Beverly Hills, people there are pretentious entitled pricks and don't think anything of the people providing them with a service. Do yourself a HUGE favor and get yourself an in-car camera so you can record these interactions so you have video/audio proof of these incidents. There are some shady-ass people with and without money that are out there that are willing to rip people off for their own benefit. Right from the get-go her not having appropriate child seats would have been a no from me. This customer obviously preys on people's kindness so they do her favors. Don't feel bad about leaving these people behind.
yea that's what I don't understand either, if she is willing to do him the favor, proves that she understood the situation, which then means she would not be rating him bad anyway...
The worst that could have happened was she would say no or ignore me. The best thing that could have happened - she agreed with me because she saw it also benefited her.
So you don't end trip, she cancels at end of trip and app doesn't charge her? I do not see how this can happen. Even when she cancels she will still be charged a fee of some sort. Oh Mr. Peterson, I really want to understand. Love your videos
Your first sentence is perfect - I did not end the trip. I had the rider cancel and she was charged for the mileage and time delivered. Because she cancelled, she was unable to negatively rate me.
Ride With Peterson Okay, perspective. I am half way there. Your motive is no one rates the other. 98% of my riders do not even know their rating, or could care less. Our rating is on a daily watch. I do not see many riders agreeing to this. I personally believe it was your good looks and charm that won her over in the end. Just sayin.
#RideWithPeterson Oh my god are you fucking serious! The minute you saw that this woman had no car seats or booster seats for those under age kids you should have declined her the ride! You sir need to be taken off the platform for violating the terms and conditions that you agreed to follow in order to operate under Uber and Lyft. You are the reason why passengers think they can get away with doing whatever they want!! Uber and Lyft drivers should never break the law for a passenger! Regardless of what they want to pay you it’s never worth it.
Congrats! You just taught your pax to expect all drivers to break the law and take her kids without car seats. Its drivers like you who make it a miserable experience for drivers who do the legal thing and have to tell the pax no and then the pax cusses the driver out and sometimes angry pax then retaliate by damaging your car or worse, make up a lie to get you deactivated! I don't care if it's 120 out. No car seat, not MY problem, doors stay locked, not gonna even let you into my car. It's gotten so bad out there with pax now expecting us to take them and their kids cause other drivers, like you, have unsafely accommodated them, I don't even stop anymore. I see them and keep driving followed by calling support and reporting the pax for violating the TOS and making Uber cancel the trip for me.
love the video peace Peterson always a pleasure to visit your Channel my personal point of view is that I don't care how hot it is outside I am not picking you up and putting your children in my car due to the fact that if I get in an accident with your children and one of them dies I go to prison for involuntary manslaughter I am not risking nothing I wouldn't be able to see my family all because I made one foolish Mistake by allowing other people's children to get into my car if your children cannot stay seated I I am more than glad to pull over in kindly drop you off at a store or whatever I am not going to allow it. I appreciate your intense customer service that is very important you are always you're my always mindful of being customer service oriented but you also have to think about yourself and your own safety and children bouncing around in the back of a car is not safe and I'm not saying this to degrade you or anything I'm saying I have made for my own self the decision not to allow people in my car that are trying to make me break the law by having their children in my car without car seats it's I do not allow anyone to try to talk me into breaking the law whether it's open receptacle whether it is no car seats I am sticking by the law because I am a professional driver and so for my own self I do not allow others to get into my car without car seats or with open receptacles or any other thing that might break the law. I would have told her that I would have cancelled probably because I would have told uber that she is having me pick up in an unsafe area and I would have tried to talk to her but if she can't move and go to a different place than I'm not picking you up in an unsafe spot. It is important to be nice but it is equally important to look out for your own self we are the only ones that is going to do it for us nobody else is going to be looking out for us except for us so yes I do think it is important to give good customer service and be kind and positive and loving but I also think it's important to be kind to yourself and loving to yourself as well and set limits and setting limits means not being mean it means saying I'm sorry you cannot get in my car with children bouncing around I don't care how hot it is outside you were the one that put yourself in that situation is I am not responsible for the situation that you put yourself in maybe you should go inside and enjoy the air conditioning inside that building over there or something I mean unless they were way out in the middle of the country and there was no buildings for them to go inside and enjoy the air conditioning while they waited for another Uber
Why would you take the ride if you knew they did not have car seats. Why wouldn’t you help them get stuff in the car if you had to wait for them anyways. Seems to me you like to create controversy when it’s avoidable. I seen a couple of your videos and it’s easy to see you are pretty much doing the same mistakes over and over again.

Are you insane?!? You NEVER allow small children to ride in your car without appropriate car seats! EVER!
I loved your story. As for me, I'm going to cancel requests for parents or adults not providing car seats for their children.
Hey do you have that insurance for uber drivers? Like car repair insurance? I seen an add for that.
If you could send me more information about that service, I would like to investigate it. Thank you.
8 disrespectful Uber riders disliked this.
That's uberBlack customers for you, expect you to break the law and think you are a Butler because they pay more than x
God Bless.
Nice and concise uber story, daily trials haha. Keep up the good work
A local TV station here in Detroit did an undercover camera report about taking kids w/o car seats. Don’t be that person on the evening news! Under 8 y/o or 57” in Mich they have to have a seat.
I would have cancelled the trip. Sometimes the rating less than five star is not worth it. You did the right thing for the sake of her family.
I was referred to you by Drive Girl Drive. I'm a new subscriber now. Great video and professionalism.
Spicy Creole Lady - thank you so much for your comment and for subscribing to the channel. Please send feedback so I can improve the channel and create videos that are truly informative and relevant for you. Rideshare is challenging but enjoyable. I hope to be a good resource to many drivers and passengers.
Ride With Peterson Absolutely and thank you so much!
What If someone gets in your vehicle smelling like weed or a** or both?
You're a good person. Thanks for being a good human.
I know exactly what you mean Ive had runs that for some reason just didn't flow right from the beginning through no fault of my own. It happens and some folks are naturally unhappy people anyways. Everyone one of my clients gets the VIP treatment.
Thank you for the video, Now i know that riders can cancel the trip after you arrive at their destination and the driver can still get paid.
Doesn’t a cancelled trip mean you dont get paid?
Remy Martin - I completed the trip but asked the rider to cancel instead of me ending the trip.
When the driver starts a trip and ends it, the rider can rate the trip.
When the driver starts a trip but the rider cancels, the rider cannot rate the trip.
I was still paid the normal price for the ride. I asked the rider to cancel so I could avoid a rating less than 5 Stars.
I don't get it???? Rider cancels ride at end of ride and you still get paid for trip?
If ride is going badly, how do you get them to cancel? I would think that is the last thing they would do?
aunty uber - The ride was awful in so many areas.
Remy Martin - the trip was completed but it was cancelled at the end. I avoided a bad rating.
Why dont u just cancel when she dont have car seats? Isn't customer responsible for the car seats and ensuring she is waiting in a safe location to be picked up?
exactly
Appreciate your videos. Thanks!
Doesn't seem like anything went wrong on the trip except that fact that you had an entitled, selfish. completely unreasonable jerk for a passenger.
I have found a solution to avoid 1 star rating, i stopped working uber and I am now a taxicab LOL even before I left Uber my rate was 4.91.
StrykerEcks - OK.
StrykerEcks the type of people who post comments like that are so annoying
Lol lol. Illegal things I HAD to do. You make my job much harder. ‘Everyone else takes my kids’.
Still don't understand how you convince rider to cancel?
aunty uber - the first thing I did was acknowledge that the ride was bad.
Thanks for explanation. 800 trips and still learning
If she was a person who listened and complied with what you offered (the cancellation), why would she not listen and be understanding of the situation, once you explained her that you could not simply violate the law and that the Beverly Hills Police is quick and unforgiving in these situations ?
Wouldn't that make more sense ?
this rating system is complete nonsense, puts drivers under immense pressure and at the mood swings of riders... especially for beginners... and considering anything below 4.5 as bad is madness... if there is 5 stars offered, I would personally never rate 5 , unless it was extraordinary - that's what 5 out of 5 stars means to me - but then to expect a service that is cheaper than regular taxis and drivers that make just a few dollars for each ride to deliver that extraordinary service is just outrageous
good thing in New York for hire vehicles dont need to have child seats.
Those riders are the worse
Emmit Smith drives Uber
I get that comparison/compliment frequently. It would be nice if I had his bank account 😉 Thanks for the comment - it put a smile on my face when I needed it!
you cannot contest 1 star rating, 1 star rating remains on your account,if u rate your rider 1 star you will be not matched with that rider again
A rookie mistake to pick up children without a car seat!! You not a Rookie...
Or it should be called “ how I got out of my way to not help a single mom on with with child and get paid for it cus I’m a cheap ass peace of shit”
I absolutely will not pick up kids without child seats. Washington state - where I am is serious about that violation. I do not care if it is 50 below zero, or 150 above. Not happening with me. You are a nice guy, but putting yourself at serious risk.
I noticed you don't classify your stories of people by race. Very cool.
Man, we are all just one big blob of human. I have driven all kinds of people from the bus to a Phantom and one thing I have learned - all of us have the same drama. Breaking things down by race will make zero difference in the effectiveness of the story. I will break things down by age and in some cases, economics.
Smart move, thanks for sharing this tip
kids in a car with no car seat? smart.
You did the right thing here!!:))
If you see a Uber driver with almost a perfect 5-star rating you're going to question it what do you do to get the five-star did he complain and cry the keep it like that if you see a Lyft passenger with a low rating you're going to question it 2 right yes Lyft driver for 2 years with a 4.7 rating never cried or try to complain or tell support that the passenger was rude or nasty never asked a passenger to cancel just for my rating if you have a 5-star rating you don't get more money or more tips people question it in your head but would never tell you
I enjoy your videos!
Man fuk Uber with this bullshit. I’ll stick to private hire here in the UK
Hi there. Great video. I drive here in LA as well.
Drive Girl Drive - I follow you and have been highly inspired by your videos. We should do a collab video - let your viewers see how UberLUX is.
Ride With Peterson indeed! Appreciate you providing feedback on my videos. I sent an email to you with hopes to connect. 👍
Did you still get paid for the trip????
Maaan i just got a 1 star and i have no idea why. I didn't say anything inappropriate
Damned if i do damned if i dont.🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
UberBLACKED
In other words you are ask if for rider to do a favor for you. She is mad already??why would she do it?
yea that's what I don't understand either, if she is willing to do him the favor, proves that she understood the situation, which then means she would not be rating him bad anyway...
Just sayin.
95 Degrees Not your fault it could of been 105.
Protests fall of deaf ears.
#RideWithPeterson
Oh my god are you fucking serious!
Humane thing? I sure hope others care about you as much as you do them. You should have cancelled before hand.
I see them and keep driving followed by calling support and reporting the pax for violating the TOS and making Uber cancel the trip for me.
yeah, good move. I'll have to remember that one.
Sounds persian to me
They were Persian.
love the video peace Peterson always a pleasure to visit your Channel my personal point of view is that I don't care how hot it is outside I am not picking you up and putting your children in my car due to the fact that if I get in an accident with your children and one of them dies I go to prison for involuntary manslaughter I am not risking nothing I wouldn't be able to see my family all because I made one foolish Mistake by allowing other people's children to get into my car if your children cannot stay seated I I am more than glad to pull over in kindly drop you off at a store or whatever I am not going to allow it.
