Oh MY! What an awe inspiring day and adventure with the pod of dolphins and friends. A true dream come true. LOL, I've bought many blankets and other items in Mexico that I still have and cherish. Some were used to rescue a husband and wife lost in the mountains we found on a family horseback outing. So cherish the blankets and treasures for one day they will have their own story. Thanks Maddie for sharing these cherished moments.

Where I live, I am very familiar with dolphins. When you look one in the eye it is almost spooky, like they are just as curious about you as you are about them. You can feel their intelligence, and their curiosity. As a kid I saw some almost every day in the summertime. Schoolyear kinda kept me away but summers you reconnect, they are mysterious and amazing all in one package.
Same for elephants.

WOW that blanket! It _is_ hand woven and I know because we have a full size Glimåkra countermarch loom on which woven tapestry can be made; weaving very relaxing, but you got a real bargain buying that blanket! Such are hideously expensive in the UK. And you did magnificently buying one from that sweet old guy. 😊 Seeing you board paddling makes me want to take it up. Alas, our seas are restless and the only river would be miles away.

I watched dolphins sleeping in a pod of about 40 in Kona Hawaii they travel in a loop slowly they take turns leading the group the sleepers follow a leader it’s really cool to watch

A pod a dolphins can beat a shark and have circled humans in the past to protect them from sharks. Also I learned today not to squeeze a lot of lemons in the sun because it can cause a awful rash/burn and looks really painful. Just a few fun facts You tube taught me recently.
