I watched you come down to the waterfall and immediately had so much awe and admiration because I knew you'd climbed down once already to place the camera! So much effort goes into these and it really shows, thank you also for sharing your behind the scenes in your talk. I'd love to know a bit more about that? I've started filming bits and pieces but have no idea how to put it together so have a bit of a block there.. editing seems so daunting to me.. Why would you label yourself as a nomad? I don't understand. You are so many wonderful things, besides traveling in your van. I would never think of you as a nomad. A princess traveling in a van, nature's goddess, poetry in nature, feelings medium... great person... I sometimes don't understand the logic of other people. Why people label/categorise themselves?
I think that label perfectly describes this phase of Mattie's life. She is quite balanced. She craves alone time but equally reqires time socializing with her band of friends. Nomad suggests to me not living in one place very long and seeking adventure. She experiences adventure in doing her art, visits to special places, exploring her mind, yes even with her counselor, editing creative visual narratives like a 21st century poet. It captures that package describing what l think reflects her essential qualities and gifts. It's all a plus! 😉🐹
