You certainly do improve the neighborhood and property value with these awesome cleanups. I actually have a neighbor who does the bare minimum and until this last year only got her yard cut maybe once a month at best. I used to help her out as did the man and the other side of her from time to when the grass would be getting wild. That was until instead of saying thank you she yelled at both of us to stop. Hence back to once every month or month and a half. It truly drags down those around her who keep their property looking good. So when people say you shouldn’t do abandoned or neglected yards please ignore them. You are doing those who can’t afford a lawn service or do it themselves a great service as well as the neighborhood. God bless you Al.❤️
Not sure how I ended up here! I was watching true crime documentary. Never thought I would ever be binge watching someone cutting grass! But it is much more than cutting grass. It brings hope and the transformation is always amazing and satisfying to watch. Thank you for what you do.

You young man are so good! First you look so funny in fast motion, like made for it. Your heart is made of weed weed walking gold. When you walk back and forth in fast motion your glasses push is priceless! You are a master on the stand up JD mower, careful not to get grass on the next door folks, also very careful around utilise, ac, water etc.. my favorite part is watching you pull vines, you win every time! Plus the sound of your video is , well I break out laughing, when you toss down the chainsaw, switch batteries to the hedge trimmer, it's so funny to watch! I am 53 years old, I am a excavator operator, but when I was young I did the same thing you do, all be it you do a way better job than me, as I watch you trim fences and what not, I never see you put more string in your weed Wacker, you must have better tools then when I was young.. Any way keep it up, you will be blessed by doing what you are doing, the world could use about 10 thousand more of you.. kepp pulling then darn vines, push up your glasses to every next hard challenge and keep on rocking on.. sincerely a new big fan, Andy..

Al, it is a fabulous makeover on this yard. You did a terrific job on it. I was so surprised not to see gators sunning themselves on the banks of the pond. When I lived in Florida, there were almost always gators in any body of water of that size, and many times they would be lying on the banks in the sun. I would have to be careful when I was mowing so as not to disturb them. I'm also surprised not to see more snakes in your videos, especially in the tall grass.

That looks really great. Good job. My husband has an aunt and her late husband used to live there in Pensacola. Their last name are Reeds. He passed away some years ago. They had 3 boys that lives there with them. Their names are Mark, Wade and Brian.
