This movie was better than I expected. It gives you some type of feeling. You know your watching something else while watching it. 1st time I saw it was last year. Love the boxset, artwork, and chosen colors for it.
Amazing film! Seen it twice now...will be seeing again in the near future. Love the atmosphere and the cast is perfect! Love the concept...would be perfect & amazing to get a continuation that delves into the lore!
Saw It Follows in the theater on opening weekend with my soccer team. Imagine a bunch of tough guy wannabes walking home after this movie…constantly looking over our shoulders lol I’ve loved it ever since.
Great video, man! I have not see It Follows, but do have the steelbook, so I will be checking it out soon. Second Sight is one of the best releasing companies out there. The effort that they put into their releases is amazing!
The first time I watched it follows was years ago a Netflix and loved it. I did a short of this release on my channel. Great 4k, beautiful release top 10 best horror movies of the 2010s. Nice review, man.
I fear they would explain too much with a sequel. I'm usually up for sequels but I kind of think this one would be better left as a one off. That's just my opinion. I would see it if they made a second part though. Ha!
There are a few titles that aren't tho some German 4K Media books are Region B locked and Shout Factorys 4K release of People Under The Stairs is Region A locked
I first heard about this movie when I watched a video on Nick's channel The Lost River Drive In and I forget where I saw it whether it was on cable or a streamed it but the opening of the film is fantastic and there was some other moments in the film that were creepy too but it's one I want to revisit is the Blu-ray region free and does it include the movie that hard cover book is awesome I wish some of the American companies would release this film again
Love this movie! David Robert Mitchell and his teams work in this is incredible. Would still love to see him make a Halloween movie. Would be interesting 🎃
I loved It follows. At the time it came out. I thought it was one of the most original horror movies I had seen in a long time. When smile came out, I thought it ripped off a lot of It Follows. When you think about it that's nothing really new. I thought it follows was a better movie. Awesome release by second sight. This is my third title from them. A plan on getting more. Weren't they supposed to be releasing the Hitcher? I don't think this will ever happen, but after seeing the three second sight releases I have, it would be awesome to get the entire nightmare on Elm Street franchise from them
I need to go back and watch this movie, when I first seen it I thought it was the most over hyped piece of crap along with the witch. Having said that years have passed and I’ve been wanting to go back and see if my opinion has changed. Great review and release. Definitely would like to pick this up
Was listening to The Lost Drive In Podcast (highly recommend) about this only a few weeks ago. While listening I came up with an idea for a sequel that would go away from a sort of slasher movie into more of a existential thriller. A few years after the first film the main girl is still living with the thing following her, never able to escape it. Instead of running she’s learnt to use it to do political assassinations. Essentially takes a flight, sleeps with some corrupt leader, flies back out and a few days later the guy dies and there’s nothing to tie her to his brutal death. But slowly the mental damage that’s being done to her is too much and she has to decide if she keeps running or let it finally kill her. I’m imagining it kind of like Brandon Cronenberg’s Possessor, very cerebral and messed up.
Out of stock doesn't mean out of print tho. It just means production hasn't kept up with sales, they'll get more stock before it's officially out of print.
When I first heard about it... It was a hard pass (the std thing)... When I got around to watch it.. I was floored... The score envelops you... One of my favorites
Can’t wait for my copy to arrive

One of the best horror movies of all time

Great review, Christian! I love how vast Secondsight’s catalog is. Maybe we’ll get some 90s cult classics, next!

Love it follows. This should have had a sequel by now.

So glad I pre-ordered this months ago!
Learning that 4K is region free makes me so happy! I was holding out on some releases for no reason. Thanks man.

I've never seen this movie before Christian.
It’s ok seen on Netflix awhile back, just not my cup of tea but good review CHH dope set
Comfortably confused sounds like a dream.
This is a great review 👍🏼 So many details you’ve described I didn’t even notice myself like the clothing
Glad it was helpful!

The limited edition is already out of stock. The note on the website says they will be restocking soon.

The Jezebel Spirit...
One of the few horror films to dodge the sequel bullet. Good for it, leave it be.
lol not anymore
@@joetaylor1043 It only took a month to eat my words.
@galfordsdog8784 you ruined it damn it
Darn already sold out

This movie is stupid like rhe object in front of you 😂❤
Nice set but I wont be picking this one up as I don't like the film
Good soundtrack, good atmosphere, good cinematography, but the ridiculous storyline about a sexually transmitted demon took me out the film.
