  • This is a virtual driving tour around North Scottsdale, with my brother who is a Real Estate Agent. We start out on the 101 Freeway then get off on Scottsdale Road and head North past DC Ranch and Pinnacle Peak towards the Boulders. We finish the video driving around Pinnacle Peak and Troon North. You get a pretty good idea of the North Scottsdale Real Estate Market from this tour.

    I used to live off Cactus and 59th Street....the Avant 1 section. My family moved there in 1975. boy have things grown and changed!

    Ya you're outta my range, I paid 208 for 2600 sq ft in Casa Grande. We just drive the hour to Mayo and 45 min to anywhere else. And my gas is still 1.57 a gallon, Scottsdale 2.57.

    If you can afford to buy here, do it! It is gorgeous. I currently live off N Scottsdale in a great apartment... but for buying, I went north to Anthem for more bang for my buck. I would love to end up in North Scottsdale again in the future though. I love this area.

      What’s the best bang for your buck? Is there an “up and coming” Scottsdale?

    How about taking us to the old town Scottsdale now that it was destroyed by vandals?

    I really enjoyed this video.I could afford to drive around there to watch the sun go down. Nice shooting of the sun's ritual at the 13 minutes mark. Driving in the morning with this warm planet can be a challenge. The golf requirement at Desert Island seems limiting for sales unless your an extrovert and love to golf or discount your house enough to convince the new buyer that he or she can use it to buy the membership.The new buyer still has to come up with the cash at closing I assume. Long story short; I do not like this requirement. I do like real estate. Everyone should try to get some if they can afford some and at this time it can be very difficult.

    Is it me? Or has anyone else noticed how many cars are on the road? What’s with all the cars? Especially for a newer development, and during stay ‘safe at home’. When the economy comes back, I’m assuming the traffic is going to be horrendous around this area. Beautiful environs though. Any newer developments without all the traffic? I guess the Toms thumb and Serrano canyon, Trune mountain area is more what I like. That sunset is gorgeous.

      Heathercliff That’s Scottdale road that’s busy that might as well be a freeway at this point with how much people it funnels down into the Loop 101

      Living in Arizona Now Oh, I see. It sure was busy like a freeway. Maybe that will come next. 😂

      This is an old comment, but yes. A higher population, no bike lanes and infrequent transit, will cause traffic.

    I know of someone who bought a ready to live in home in Scottsdale 3 months ago for 270K. Reason to rent out for cash flow. Don't know area where purchased but was surprise at price. I am wondering if Gilbert has areas with out HOAs and if there are other areas that have a Mayo Clinic or is Scottsdale the only one. I have noticed that most people videoing about real estate never talk about the medical or other amenities other than golf courses. Amenities should be important to people making a move. Especially a good hospital in Arizona where you have so many poison critters. People can die without immediate care from one of these bites. I am very aware of this as I was attacked by a Rattlesnake at a very you age and saved by a Golden Retriever that took the bite for me. Every year there are children getting bitten somewhere by Rattlesnakes

    So are you actually promoting people moving to AZ for profit?

    • @acommentator69
      @acommentator69 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lol he is not a realtor his brother is. But there are a lot of realtors here so pretty much everyone has a realtor in the family. So I doubt that's why he promotes moving here

      @@garciano4323 This is an upload to the channel as a resource for those seeking North Scottsdale Real Estate. My brother and I went to check out the fire in Cave Creek and we filmed North Scottsdale while we are up there. He has worked with me on this channel since day 1. This channel is a resource for Locals born and raised (like my brother and I) as well as locals who have lived here for a few years and people who are considering moving here.

    Doing a drive by at 60mph doesn’t really give you a good sense of the area. FYI

      @LivinginArizona  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      RDubzzz1 not really an area where you just get out and walk around. 1. It’s not a walking area. 2. Most of these home owners pay for enhanced security. But I hear you.
