Because of my FEDERAL job I had to move to several states. I have been contemplating returning to Arizona. I have not made the decision yet as the Market is very high and very competitive.

Unless you've been back since you left, the metro Phoenix area has vastly changed. There are some affordable areas in the outlying suburbs that have changed considerably that might be of interest to you? Any other areas of the valley that you would consider? Thank you for your response. I'm a little confused by your comment, I mentioned that land is scarce in Scottsdale unless you build out in the North Scottsdale area where there's more opportunities. If you're referring to the valley as a whole there's plenty of land for building homes throughout the metro Phoenix area. Where are you currently living?
