The house is gorgeous. And you were great in describing it, but "...while your potential wife is cooking you dinner in the kitchen...." Dude, really? You should show the house to both men and women. Depends on where you live!!
You need to accent things like WOLF APPLIANCES, very high end and very important in a house like this. Also you need to be less sexist, it could be the wife working in the office while the husband cooks dinner.

I wish I could see more house less you,no offense. The shots are mostly stuck on you and you can’t see the house. Pay attention to wide angle shots and B roll. Whoever’s moving the cam is very unprofessional and it shows🙁

Hey man... was thinking the exact thing. The house is spacious, upscale, modern... but none of those transfer over to the master. Master feels cramped. Reminds me more of a luxury condo.
