SES Flame of Wrath here: It’s a big day for us! After weeks of hard work, our strongest weapon yet is at last ready! The idea of these Tactical Actions is interesting to me. People who have acquired all ship modules and stratagems finally have a use for samples and requisition slips again. I just hope that we’ll be warned when a 380 Barrage or Eagle Airstrike is coming from it. That being said, I’m also curious to see if we’ll get more tactical actions in the future. We’ve done it, Helldivers. Our work has paid off. But the fight is not yet over. The Jet Brigade is inevitably headed to Gaellivare next. I'm ashamed to admit that my faith has recently been shaken from the weight of recent events between the fall of Tyranny Park and the brutality of the Jet Brigade. I have since reported myself to my Democracy Officer and he was kind enough to only give me 10 lashes! I now look forward to the future with the shining beacon that is our Democracy Space Station, and I indeed want to know more. That all being said, I do hope in the future that I will have an option to donate my super credits and super samples to our cause as well!
Just one question if the DSS moves in 24 hours don't we want it to stay on Gaellivare since that is most likely where the jet brigade will be in 24 hours?
Thing is, the thing we donate requisition to cancels attacks on planets it's on. So if the DSS is on mastia and we activate the buff, it will stop the attack on gaellivare
I heard somewhere that gambits won't work on the Jet Brigade specifically since it's a self contained faction and it doesn't actually use supply lines as the map suggests. I could be completely wrong though about that; however, Mastia isn't currently the origin of a gambit type situation, it might be by the time the DSS moves out but currently it's not, so I don't know what you mean by "gambit the supply line".
They don't. The supply line only shows which way the Jet Brigade is coming. You can't cut them off. They are Mechanically different from a traditional attack and self-contained. The only way to hurt them is to attack them directly where the icon is. Even if that wasn't the case, even the DSS can't overcome a 4% decay rate to ensure a gambit wins.
It's not hard to understand. The Jet Brigade is obviously going to Gaellivare. WE NEED THE DSS IN GAELLIVARE. People just can't read - negative IQs plague this game.
Yk what’s cool, this concept is similar to warframes clan system. With donating your own resources to help build/fund things. There are clans who have everything built already and those clans ppl always look for when trying to get a new weapon ability or warframe from the clans rewards.

Because no doubt with this now all set up, we can get a good grasp on what we can get next for Major Orders. And to also upgrade again with all the samples we got. But for now we need to figure this thing out and get a better grasp on the DSS placement tactics.
Whlie the SES Dawn Of Humankind Is new in the grand scheme of things, only being deployed in August, we lost many soldiers in the fights for the DSS. We are ready and willing to use it for democracy!

well... honestly I expected more from DSS... I hope there are more news soon and that it's not just another new warbound or some "historical event" with MO fillers and nothing changing...
I know it promotes a community wide cooperative experience etc etc, but it would nice to get some personal incentives too for donating. like a minor health/ammo/speed boost... it also provides some incentives for everyone to donate, even low level players who are focused on levelling up their destroyers. Also, I hope any excess sample/RS gathered on a mission will be automatically donated to the DSS, so that way i can keep my sample/RS maxed out still without worrying about wasting anything. But if I had it my way, I would make the DSS bonuses individual. Donate samples/RS and you get to use a free stratagem! although maybe that part is reserved for the clan system I guess.
But the order is to defend Gaellivare and I don't think the gambit in Mastia is possible, wasn't it smarter to vote for the station to stay where it is?

Call me a complainer but im pretty disappointed we did month and a half of MOs with no new major content to get passive air strikes and bombardments in the middle of or missions. like after all that time i expected a little more stuff that we could use and not just little passive things. i know this isn't the final form and more will be added but cmon.
I already hate the voting system. Now the blob will take control of the DSS and they've proven again and again that they can't read, they don't understand the supply lines, they can't see the arrows in the map and can't get anything right. Terrible day for HD2...

I've racked up 240 hours in the game and have maxed out all my ship upgrades. At some point you'll have no more use for samples..... They aren't that rare on higher difficulties either, on Suicide Mission difficulty the map always has 38 Common, 25 Rare, and 3 Super Rares. You can still donate Requisition credits at low level though, because you are pretty much maxed out anyway.
I wonder if the actions Will change eventually, I'm just hope I can finally use My 50k after months. NOW EVERYONE GO FOR THE LAST STAND FOR THE DSS
