I was going to say; what the heck?? Why revert to something that it shouldn't be? They should have just fixed it so that the helldiver doesn't set it off with the crossbow, which was the bug before.
They fixed the environmental effects with the dirt, mud and snow! At long last! This used to be a thing way at the start! And yeh the plants arent new. We just call em Mech Mines cus they shred mechs if they walk through em.
it only happened once but there's a bug and the new snow made my entire character black. Was hilarious though. I was wearing all white so my fellow divers started calling me black face lmao
You missed the changes to the galactic map. Now it shows invasion strength on defences, and resistance on liberation planets. Nice UI improvements too.
Once we stop getting only defense misisons with the squids. I imagine a sub objective would be to neutralize the power source for their shielding, making destroying warp ships easier.
There's a bug in the game where certain objects don't have the *"don't explode on trigger"* flag. So I guess if you walk over it some items will still trigger the mines because they forgot to enable the flag. If you reload and your magazine touches the anti-tank mine you're toast because they forgot to exclude it from the list- lmao. Hilariously bad coding in hindsight, they should have made it so that everything doesn't trigger proximity mines by default and then manual add the flags if needed to avoid weird interactions like this.
The poster changes suggest that those small number of illuminate that where killed this past year where scouting out planets for next invasion, and planets where illuminate where spotted got newer propaganda

i think the ships are indeed powering the monoliths cuz the power from the cable doesnt go from the monolith towards the ships and its actually the opposite
The anti tank blowing up from a helldiver stepping on it should be a bug. As real anti tank mines only get triggered by vehicles they'll probably change that back.

Whenever I see a video like this I’m always reminded of that gif of a wrinkly carpet where every time someone tries to smooth the wrinkles out, new wrinkles appear on other parts of the carpet. That’s how the devs must feel since every time this game updates, there’s always some new wrinkle somewhere else. Programming a game with this many moving parts must be a headache.

Helldiver. It's "Voteless" though I commend your speaking to the democratic truth of them being voiceless. But neither that nor Voseless is the SEAF designation, soldier.
Im so disappointed we cant use any of the enemy's weapons Every faction just has their armaments lying round for us to take and they would make for fun weapons but we still dont have a single one We've been "scrapping" bots for almost a year and nobody thought to salvage a rocket launcher?!

Helldivers would get covered in snow at launch but for some unknown reason it was taken out and put back in, probably because it didn't look very good originally
the plants are not new they just made them brighter on that planet
Probably cause we get our mechs destroyed on them.
I was about to say, any mech pilot will curse those damn plants.
They are also dangerous to divers in vehicles, be careful.
@@robert.7230 meh plants scary but smashing into a hell bomb at full speed in the recon truck now thats dangerous lol

that aint hidden tho

gotta love that an anti tank mine gets triggered by helldivers
w hy ?
Too many super-burgers.
probably a bug
its likely a bug... its not supposed to trigger.
Idk. Armor can get pretty heavy

the real hidden changes is the CPU performance tanking with the new update.
pc issue
they should really do a performance centered update… even good pcs have issues sometimes, and the settings for certain things just don’t work well
idk bros I've just got a huge sudden fps boost after a patch in November. Dunno if they already did a graphics optimisation update back then.

Yes they're just a slightly different color on this planet. Nothing new

oh hell no not the florans

Biggest change was the objective flag being raised now the progress bar can no longer be contested by enemies

Or the monolith first to drop all warp ship shields.

It's accurate though.
The 0:45 dangerous plants were always there, don't think they made you bleed before though
