    I have been decorating cakes off and on for years, but decorating has come a long way. I have learned, many tricks and tip from you videos as I have started decorating again after a couple of years. I created a "completely naked cake with the sponge revealed for a 16th birthday party. She loved it. I kept it covered on the fridge to keep moist. I was asked to create a semi naked cake for a baby shower. I have not made swiss buttercream because of the time but I am hoping my semi naked cake turns out as straight and smooth as yours with my thinner American buttercream.

    Love your sugar syrup bottle brush,saw you using it in another video. Whats it called and where did you get it from please?
    I'm using the bottle with a pierced lid that you showed us to do which is doing the job but prefer your bottle brush . Great video as always. Xxx

    I adore your cake style! I am wondering why you don’t use skewers or sticks to support your cake? I’ve always used them. Do I really need to? Also...I noticed your cake is leaning. I’m a perfectionist (I use a level🙄) and it’s probably the reason I don’t sell mine or start my own business for fear it won’t be perfect. My friends say nobody even notices that stuff!! What’s your take on this? Thanks so much!!
