HubbleBubblePOP I was lucky I got her 10 years ago. My mate was selling her and her tub for 20 quid as he and his girl wer having a baby. But she is a lovely little fluff.
HubbleBubblePOP recommend getting this exact species Little expensive but it's the most iconic tarantula in the hobby. It's scientific name is : Brachypelma Hamorii formerly known as brachypelma smithi aka Mexican red knee Actually they cost quite a bit and extremely slow growing, if you bought a baby it would take 5-6 years; To reach this size. Just a little FYI
Tim Jensen mine is one molt away from this size in the video wasn’t a bad price £90 including a glass tank fully set up from house of venom reptiles uk
Sara TH-cam No she does not bite. A Mexican red knee is the most tame and calm tarantula you can have as a hand held pet. Cheap to look after and a little Ray of sunshine. She is my fluff puff.
iiSara MSP all Tarantulas bite .. they al have different personalities I think so you may Get a calm one like this or a crazy Girl like mine who loves to try n attack me when I even touch her enclosure 😂 most of them are very docile but if you’re lucky enough you’ll Get a crazy one
Guilio McEwan's Space not being confrontational but that's completely incorrect, anything with a mouth can bite, also, while they are very docile, the E Campestratus (pink Zebra beauty) is the most docile, however they are difficult to find, I got mine from net bug. I have a Mexican red knee, Mines very sweet I've never been bitten, she's never kicked hairs, and I've never gotten a threat posture, that being said, I respect her and her body language, anytime I open her enclosure I do it quietly and slowly, I use a clean makeup brush to gently stroke her abdomen and back legs, then I'll put it in front of her, if she doesn't respond aggressively to any of that I'll put my hand in front of her and gently push her toward my hand with the brush, if she moves ill handle her (on the floor or on my bed), if she resists moving forward I respect her and leave her alone.
I think I did bless her spidey heart I think I was new to it and just excited. You will be happy to hear I still have her and I think she's 18 years old. I am not like this with her anymore and much calmer 👍🕷
10? Cool. Absolutely gorgeous T. We have a Red Knee called Nacho, an immature male, he's a massive hair kicker. Chile Rose's are a favourite. We've got two mature females and two males. Had a go at breeding one pair but may need to try again soon. The Misses may come around if you get the right Chile Rose...Take care buddy :)
Yeah this was at the beginning when I only had her her for a few years I was new to it. I am happy to say I do not handle her like this . Much more carefully.🕷🕸
Guilio McEwan's Space, I do like the Mexican Red Knee but I dislike how little people feed their tarantulas. I know they can live that way but I think that just one meal worm a week isn't enough for a growing arachnid going through puberty.
james codd She is a calm little fluffy thing. I have not picked her up in about half a year as she has not been well. But she is so tame very plesent when being picked up. Not often bum scratching 😂
You really shouldn’t be handling your t like that if at all. Just scooping it up like that is irresponsible, your lucky it didn’t bury it’s fang’s into you
Oh man, I *do not* like those kicking motions *or* that speed! And the music’s not helping much, either! Other than that, I’d say Red Knees are one of the only types of tarantulas I’m kinda chill with, being an arachnophobe.
The older these get the more they want to flick. I have a pair almost ready for mating. "Pebbles and Bam Bam". And I noticed all the critics in here bitching about handling and substrate etc. Geezus people get a life already!! I am so amazed that these beautiful creatures were able to make it for billions of years before we stepped in and started telling everyone how fragile they are....they can handle being held 5 inches off the damn ground. not to mention the crying about substrate.... do they have us out in their natural environment fixing their dirt levels etc? NO they do not and they manage just fine so take a chill pill and do not come to other peoples videos bitching.

Avve N thinking of getting a tarantula, but need a passive , slower type one
Millyjack kahn one of the slowest t's are the E. Pachypus, but my B. Smithi is slow aswell
Avve N thanks
One. Big. Spider. Wow
Imagine haveing arachnophobian kids you woul have to sell it
That's a weird looking dog.
Yeah the leads not the normal size to.
Thats a dolphin moron
I have the same spider, female as well. I wish i had the guts to do what you do but i dont dare letting her out or on my hand. I wish i could tho.
What a beautiful girl! Top stuff mate :)
Thank you she is very easy to look after.
I don't often get her out like this but on a sunny day I will let her walk round the garden while I clean her out.
@@14Mentalist what if birds eat her

Kawaii Coconut
thank you.
she is my little teddy.
her name is venom.
I enjoy red knees as they are the most calmest of all tarantulas.
she was a bit grumpy in this video tho.
camera shy lol.
Cute!
My god that thing is cute
Thank you she is my little fluff nuget
I have the same tank for my red knee
What’s with the funeral like music
i really want one.. but my gf keeps threatening me if i buy it
does it bite
Never seen a b smithi kick hairs, bro but hope she gets calm to the living room strolls. Any big space moved to with smells an scent, you dont know. They will let you know tho :)
i was new to it when i did this vid. she has calmed down had her for 12 or 13 years and she has never bit me but i do not take her out much maybe once a month.
she is sweet and cute though.
Guilio McEwan's Space right on bro
i heard of this spider its like docile and calm spiders and can be a pet so cute and btw why the backround music creepy..
Can you tame them a lot faster than others?
You cant tame any tarantula
I just sh1t my pants...
Your handling of that T was so poor.
Yeah I must admit I was a bit reckless but I have learnt more about them now so safe to say when handling her now I am not so heavy handed.
I don't handle her much now a days once a month unless it's summer then I let her rome in the garden in the sun.
I want one sooo badly but i cant afford one right now. What do they feel like?
HubbleBubblePOP I was lucky I got her 10 years ago.
My mate was selling her and her tub for 20 quid as he and his girl wer having a baby.
But she is a lovely little fluff.
Guilio McEwan's Space hopefully ill be able to get one soon. They are so adorable
HubbleBubblePOP recommend getting this exact species
Little expensive but it's the most iconic tarantula in the hobby.
It's scientific name is :
Brachypelma Hamorii formerly known as brachypelma smithi aka Mexican red knee
Actually they cost quite a bit and extremely slow growing, if you bought a baby it would take 5-6 years;
To reach this size.
Just a little FYI
Tim Jensen mine is one molt away from this size in the video wasn’t a bad price £90 including a glass tank fully set up from house of venom reptiles uk
Daz Z that's good!
What does she looks like right now?
Pretty much the same just slightly bigger. 5 inches I am guessing
Doe sit bite? I am buying one!! Someone answer really quick.
Sara TH-cam
No she does not bite.
A Mexican red knee is the most tame and calm tarantula you can have as a hand held pet.
Cheap to look after and a little Ray of sunshine.
She is my fluff puff.
Guilio McEwan's Space o thats cool i was just asking because im buying one, thanks anyway.
iiSara MSP all Tarantulas bite .. they al have different personalities I think so you may Get a calm one like this or a crazy Girl like mine who loves to try n attack me when I even touch her enclosure 😂 most of them are very docile but if you’re lucky enough you’ll Get a crazy one
Yung Kraze 😂😂.. im trying to not have a crazy one 😂💔!!
Mines got another 25 yrs to get that thick....gorgeous T
Put me down! Nice T :)
i can just hear her saying that. lol
If you know anybody who have tarantula plz say
i will keep my ears open and my eyes for that to.
Kinda looks like you was stressing her or him out btw
I think I did bless her spidey heart
I think I was new to it and just excited.
You will be happy to hear I still have her and I think she's 18 years old.
I am not like this with her anymore and much calmer 👍🕷
Plz plz plz give me a tarantula i love them so much
If I can get her to mate then you can have a baby.
🕷️ 🕸
Is it promise
Fur baby !
私の望んでいた動画です。。素敵な動画を見させていただきました。チャンネル登録したので、また遊びに来ます。これからもたくさんの動画を期待しています。
Is this abuse or really careful handling?! Imma go with big balls of fire.
I can’t stand these spiders
I sent this to my best friend....wich has arachnophobia..........will someone please be my new best friend
Bless your friend I bet that was a scary vid to watch lol
SpidersfromTroom I have this Rose hair and Mexican Red Knee also, I love them.
She's a bit skittish, you should build her trust before you get her out.
I know they can live that way but I think that just one meal worm a week isn't enough for a growing arachnid going through puberty.
wow so docile mine is a ass
james codd
She is a calm little fluffy thing.
That is one dummy THICC tarantula
I want a pet tarantula am in india can anyone sponsor me i am 12 years old my family don't let me to get a pet plz anybody give me a Mexican redknee tarantula
You shouldnt be handling trantulas
