Yo this channel is soooooo underrated, this is genuinely a gem of a channel, thanks for this amazing video this gave me an amazing insight and gave me a lot of great things that I didn’t realize I was doing wrong that I can fix. I was struggling a lot with this phase and I realize now that I was overreaching with my steps, thanks!
So I recently reworked my run up and all my phases (mainly 1st) and so I carry speed significantly better. However it feels way to fast for me to get a real 2nd or 3rd phase. I just end up sort of quickly stumbling through the 2nd and 3rd after the 1st phase. Is there anything I can do to help with that.
hey I've been watching your videos for a while and I have a question. Is it possible for you to review my triple jump and give me some feedback? I'm a grade 7 triple jumper trying to make it pro. Yes I will give the money. If you say yes, can you tell me where to send the video of me jumping?
I do paid film reviews, but the best piece of advice I can give you is free: at your age, you will be better off learning the event for the fun of it, and not being concerned about becoming pro any time soon. You're young, and you can have a much brighter future for yourself in this sport if you avoid putting that type of pressure on yourself this early.
Brilliant… 🇬🇾

The step is the weak link in my triple jump chain. Thanks for this. I still need more bounce, my step literally is just a step.
