With such low height the weight force could be incremented of few points percentage..something very few compared to an average squat performed by an elite sprinter which is even again less compared to the weight force producted in real athletic motion
How would a sprinter fit this in with track work? My guess would be on days between harder workouts. For me I use monday as Max V day, Wednesday as tempo day and Friday as Acceleration day. Tuesdays and Thursdays I usually just warm up and do some light circuit work so I'm guessing I throw some of these exercises in on those days. What do you think?
This is one way to go. You could do a few of the lighter exercises ahead of sprinting too, as long as it’s not too much on your legs. This is because plyometrics are about power production, and that’s what sprinting is about.
These are a killer, thank you!
thank you
How effective are this exercises? will it improve a lot
Thanks for the great videos. Wondering what trainers you use?

I do plyos once a week and ISOs once a week is that okay and how many should I be doing
you can do plyos 2-3x per week and isos everyday as long as you can physically tolerate it.
plyo it after running or easy day ?
Can be done on both, just regress the intensity and avoid doing plyos when you’re feeling fatigued
@@oolamigoke thk bro.
