I've followed Hale during my time when I was a seeker. Many of the methods seemed to make sense at the time. It's all a personal teaching though and it doesn't matter if it's put into non-dual lingo, the energy is still very personal. I totally understand that as a spiritual teacher who has spent a whole life teaching methods, when the sense of personhood drops away, you are basically jobless. Teacher, Guru, Therapist are just jobs but it seems like they are very dependent on the sense of being a person. I've worked in this profession and it became more and more unbelievable until it stopped entirely.

@@shinrinyokumusic1808 No method, no teaching. It's like asking: what made the shift possible, that you don't believe in Santa Claus anymore?

@@atmosblack4366 did suffering such as anxiety end? And is there a constant peace of mind like they say?

@@shinrinyokumusic1808 no, this isn't a constant state of mind and there is no constant state of mind. If suffering appears, it will appear. The points is, that there is no one suffering. There isn't even anyone who knows if there is suffering or not.

@@shinrinyokumusic1808 Yes, there will be a constant peace of mind, majority of the time. Negative emotions will arise, and they will subside. There is no suffering. Suffering happens when we hold onto a negative emotion, or belief.

    "How you define happiness"
OMG, one can spend hours arguing with others on line about what "happiness" is since that word, like the word "god", has so many different definitions and meanings to ppl - & each one believes they are absolutely RIGHT!

It's a trap, a double bind. You cant achieve smth that is not in area of achieving, you can't talk about things that are beyond words and thoughts. So when you put your effort in some kind od method you do opposite what claimed be a goal, when you describe what is beyond descriptions you cheat on listeners and make them fools.
