The fact that the two physical damage ACs were already fighting a bunch of MTs and even so managed to beat the shit out of the energy damage ACs shows a lot on their abilities. And that the game scams you with that absurd ammo costs.
@@sebastianedwards4207 It's sort of possible in 6. A lot of weapons have an alternate fire that you can access by holding down the fire prompt. The Karasawa even has three different modes of fire.

@@pyros. oh for sure. I walked in there brimming with firepower like gundam heavyarms, and I think I spent more in ammunition than I got for the mission.
@@Technicallyaddicted Honestly no AI compares to the enemies in the armored core games. Literally every single one you fought in AC3 had their own playstyle, and it was flawless. It genuinely felt like you were playing against a real player, and a damn good one too. @@pyros. was it ace that was #1 in the arena? I walked into that fight with 4 bazookas, OB, 10K AP, and a generator that wouldn’t quit, and still got my ass handed to me. But it wouldn’t be enough to just beat me, oh no, he played around my weaknesses. He knew the bullets travel slow, he knew I’d have cooling issues, and he knew I sacrificed my left hand laser blade. He tore me apart, and I had one of the strongest mech combos that you can make in the game. AC4A was like this, so was ACN, ACSL, and AC2AA. I also liked front mission growing up, but it was nowhere near as demanding as armored core. “introduce the toolkit, give the player a tutorial with the toolkit, give the player time to learn the toolkit, and then test their skills and abilities to the extreme with an end boss.” Few games get this formula right like AC does. Wish I could play AC6, but knowing me I just want to mess with the garage.
I never noticed how the pose at 2:41 is referencing the original game's cover. One thing I'll never forget about this game is how the music for some reason made the speakers on my CRT TV reverberate like crazy.
the Anfang-like AC (the one that beats the sh*t out of the lightweight red AC) not using its grenade launcher, but just having it for show is criminal.
Or maybe a trade off double ko? Because the red heavyweight mech from zio matrix, I forgot his name. Have had his missile ready. That back unit missile is no joke. It's a pod that split into many micro missiles that homes in on you. Overall, that cliff hanger is bad @$$ though lol

Dang
that's why you keep grinding on the arena and never let that go
Money is never a problem if you have skill.
@@DeathMetalThrasher Yeah, but if I have skill I'll just go for the energy weapons anyway.
@@DeathMetalThrasher
It isn't an issue if you just use Energy weapons.
Have to love the separation of cinematics and gameplay when that Mirage AC starts firing its SHADE like a machine gun at 2:13
It would have been super cool if you could do that, switching firing modes

@@vXArchonXv well yes, but there aren't any laser rifles in 6 that can switch to a rapid fire mode
Still get goosebumps.

Armored core 6 let's go!
These ACs wasn't ready for Duo Invasion lol
Few games can make you fear a boss like AC3 can. I’m in this unstoppable war machine and this dude about to hand me L’s for days.
Exile was such a pain to beat without using the shoulder lasers to cheese him. Took me a lifetime to beat him with the sword and rifle.

Their FCS needs an upgrade smh
Forreal, he's that close and misses every shot with the machinegun?
They need to remaster or remake the first 3 armored core games
4K upscaled looks funny/cartoon-ish and lost of details. I still preferred the original one better.
My mom walked in on me watching this.
And she likes Armored Cores right? She bought her own copy of AC6?
@@HadesHatredEdge yes
you stopped bating right?

But who won between Headless vs Fatty?
probably headless lightweight crest ac

Double KO, they were both good as dead with that missile release up close like that.

Is that random comm chatter playing in the background, or the pilots crying out to each other?
Part of the music itself. You can hear it if you listen to it on the OST. Track name: Artificial Sky
