Can you run a bait diver on a plainer bord?

Yes, absolutely... no different than a plug..

@FishHuntNorthwest do you really need a diver would a wiggle wart or mag wart work the same way?

@@fishingwithfoxxxy1371 Wiggle Wart or Mag Wart with hooks removed, will work, although can flip over sometimes depending on the current, due to the extra drag on the plug with the leader and bait. The bait divers have a longer, wider and thinner diving bill and are designed to keep your bait down. That being said, you can use plugs vs divers and probably find success.
