Hororo is more of an independent content creator. Elgin is quality over quantity while Hororo is quantity over quality.
I prefer to watch Hororo as he has a wider variety of videos as compared to Elgin and I like to watch his non-meta builds from time to time.

Adjusting it so heroes aren’t reliant on a buff is what has been needed since 2020. It’s a much needed change lol. I’m glad they did that
And they took it years to realise that when majority of the players uninstalled the game due to unfair buff issues with energy costing heroes

I feel like they'll cancel the nerf on Ruby. Why? Because they're about to sell all the Aspirants skins in the next few months. It includes Ruby's Aspirants skin. They did it with Twilight Armor and Radiant Armor where they canceled the very good revamped passive of the former and made a worse version of the latter with its revamp (Probably because they want to give Chang'e an indirect buff and don't want an indirect nerf to Lesley). They might do the same to Ruby.

The change I like the least is brave smite change. It will just make people play quantum charge in exchange even more, which is what they probably didn't want considering it is one of the most spammed talents sooo... Makes no sense to me 🤷♂️

They need to NERF quantum charge as well, just remove the heal. The speed boost itself is very big.
@@xavierscurse7797 The problem is that, Quantum Charge has a fixed heal, not percentage heal tho. So if you compare it with Brave Smite, Brave Smite still has bigger heal than of Quantum Charge.
The one thing why Quantum Charge is more useful in Utility is its movement spd, and a bunos heal..
It would be awkward to have it gone, but if you do, you should compensate his movement spd more.

Joy will leave the meta. BUT. When you last pick joy against comps without CC she will be even more of a menace than compared to today. It is like current odette against no kockup comps.
@@arthurfraco2970she will not leave the META, nolan's immunity got removed and he turned out fine. not to mention she used to have no cc immunity on her ult and there's also a lot of ways to utilize her ult without any cc immunity, like you could match your teammates' CC or maybe pair her with truncheon (like the usual alice stuff). but i suppose she'd be a lot easier to counter now and harder to use.
The point why CC immunity was important to be removed is due to her insane speed.
In addition, having Temporal Reign is a total menace, due to its CD Reduction. Like you will have a hard time catching this leonin after she finished her Ult.
You can still purify it using her Ult on 3rd Beat. As a tank/support player, I say its still a win tho. 😅

With those (+ her 10%), she already starts beyond 20%. As a Ruby main, this is a fair nerf. Nothing too big.
@@leonmystique9372 in order to benefit from festival of blood, you need to get hero kills first. Ruby is not well known to be a very good burst hero killer, so good luck getting stacks for the festival of blood.
With this nerf Ruby will only have 10% spell vamp at the beginning of the game. She will now have a hard time sustaining her lane.
Well I guess its good that she got a nerf, because It was hard to use her now in rank games because either she got banned or pick by enemy team.
Nah! Ruby is now balanced because she's still dominate the battlefield with 16~20% starter spell vamp from her talents (-4% seems small) and her spammable 1st skill, plus she's too annoying once enemy stole her from your pick pre-nerf
And hell, we had hard time dealing with her in early game tbh
For me, War Cry are useful for Hanzo. He can use War Cry since his skill 2 when ulti counted as basic attack (I dont know if it can activate the talent).

As a Jawhead user, he is now a great leashing roamer. Like, use 1st skill on creeps and allies also get to deal bonus damage on it for faster farming. He can also invade with this update by trying to steal enemy buff.
He is also now compatable with Focusing Mark as a Talent due to its increased total DMG to enemies'. Allies can benefit his passive and Focusing Mark can enhance his team's damage along with his passive.
As a ling user, this buff will force him to build burst and critical plus i like the no energy cost on wall second skill you can use it to dash in, lowered energy cost? means not rely on blue buff but i feel like his farming speed is lowered but he will be more like an assassin

Well since argus’s passive is like a 2 basic attacks and meteoric sword(second skill) counts as a basic attack,he can be viable,but if moontoon gave argus his 3-strike combo for his passive back,man gotta be ready for it

Elgin, how does Temporal Reign work on Julien? Does it work on extra skills? When using heroes like Johnson who has long ult duration and Odette who has 2 phase ult, when will it trigger? Hiw will it affect skills that stores charges like Valir and Lylia? 🤔
They made brave smite almost useless in regen on pre turtle / lord contest for an extra 1% heal (which also dont matter if its hard to activate) and they make killing spree alot less efficient by needing you lose atleast 2/3 hp or 66% hp if you want to reach the same / higher healing than the old killing spree.
temporal reign would be a good talent for paquito, you could stack 3 times more quickly

There's something about an emblem that will allow a 5-skill combo every 20s and Fleeting time becoming a hybrid item that doesn't sit well with me. I think something's gonna break but I just can't think about it yet.

3 basic attacks arent that much actually, so do the bonus attk, its only 8% meaning if you deal maybe 1500k dmg per attk you will only get 120 bonus damage

This is like master yi's skills and passive.
Like, master yi's passive will deal extra damage after 3 - 4 consecutive attacks.
The ultimate, on the other hand, is quite different. Because if master yi's ultimate is activated, killing a champion will reduce the other skill current cd by 70%
Temporal Reign is instant effect though and probably has a lot of cooldown, while yi's ultimate takedowns has no cooldown.
I think they should limit fanny 2nd skill cable to 2 or 3 if they wanna give better energy recovery.

I feel like Lethal Ignition is still better for burst hero like Eudora instead of Temporal Reign, I think the new talent is more suitable for dps type hero instead of burst type
as mage main i can understand how this new talent will helps certain mages become meta. now i can skip enchanted talisman and go straight glass cannon. even better if you're playing anyone with 1-2-3 or 2-1-3 combo and doesn't depend heavily on cdr and mana regen like aurora. now she can easily maintain consistant cc and burst without sacrificing item slots.

The buff change is an indirect balance to fanny isnt it? I don't know the numbers but which is better? 5% or -1? At the same time -1 isn't gonna change anything for fanny as well.

While I love Brave Smite as an Exp Laner, I can understand why they only made it "hero trigger only".
Also, I love Ruby, but I can also understand the removal of her passive spell vamp. The she heals even with anti heal on enemy team is crazy. I feel it's a good balance, people will are now forced to get her at least some kind of spell vamp so she cant abuse her already good damage.
I'm not a Joy user but I feel that the experimental change is a big no. Her kit demands engagement, and even if she hurts, it's more of damage over time, not burst. If they will push through with that, at least give her some kind of defense other than slow immunity.
