How to deal with unhappy photography clients | Teal Garcia

Sometimes as photographers we will run into unhappy clients. I created a few scenarios to talk about what I would do in those situations. Have I had unhappy clients? Sure, but nothing I couldn't work around. I did work in customer service for a lot of years before I started photography so maybe that's why I have been successful in handling certain situations.
