I'd love to see that! I know when Scott & Mitch (Pentatonix) were doing their Superfruit episodes the did one reviewing their Sing Off performances & it was great. They also walked in on a reactor once while she was reacting live & she was speechless. 😅

Geoff is kinda like a double-edged sword. He looks like (except his long straight nose) and is built just like, except 4 inches shorter than my ex, who I have not seen since 1990, especially in Way Down. I am glad it is not just me and not that he is "my type" and I can just listen and enjoy.

age is just a number, he is as young as his mind is… so.. he is reeeeeally young! Hahahahha. He keeps getting more and more perfect in his music and work… but more and more funnier, he laughs at himself, he has a great sense of humor, he allows us to laugh with him. Blue Christmas was a perfect example… and also.. he looks so excited and light and young in every video i saw of him with his new baby dog! Like a kid in a candy store!!!

The first time I heard Geoff I nearly jumped out of my skin. I was NOT expecting that deep voice from him! I wish I could have introduced my mom to him and his music. I can hear her saying "Wow, he's PRETTY!" and how she'd react to his voice. 😂

Geoff is why I always laugh at people in other genres exclaiming over deep-voiced singers (who are usually low tenors or baritones). Please, allow me to introduce you to a BASS voice! (I have a small list of bass singers that I use to introduce truly low voices. But Geoff is in the top 2.)

The first time I saw Geoff was looking at my son's screen. He was watching my face. I was trying to figure out if it was one person or 4 different guys.. I See Fire. It totally sounded like one, but, daym, they all looked so different. I didn't know it was even a thing. My sons have old souls, come to find out. I had given them sort of a tease about night after night of sea shanties. Then I figured it out and fell head-first down the rabbit hole never to return. Rabbits have always been my favorite pets and Layne has carrots to spare, right? 🥕🥕🥕🥕🐇🐇🐇🐇
gotta love how he can go to 3 keys away from the end. of the keyboard and he's still working those muscles, how long until he actually can go deeper than the keyboard can.
well, he is able to go to the very first key of the keyboard, the A0. he just doesn't feel that it sounds very musical that far down, it takes a LOT of work (and probably wrecking his voice) to make it sound like a proper note and not just a frequency. notes that far down are barely audible, and wouldnt fit in many songs, and he's said he doesn't quite feel like they're worth the effort. it may be something that would be fun to hear isolated, but it's not a note that sounds great in a song. it's just a low rumble.

That was a couple of years back, and I still haven't recovered. Every single one of them have immence talent, but Geoff just manages to steal all the attention in every video.

Tim taught Geoff the growl technique, yeah.
Geoff taught himself to get down to the low bass consistently. He said it was a bit painful to do. He has been blessed with a phenomenal vocal range.

Funny how so many of them say, "Wow! That's low!" Then Geoff drops the bottom out. I'm not even sure most of these get his deepest notes.
