North Wales in October? Expect rain, wind, sun, wind, a bit more rain, some hills (lots), an ominous looking sea, some more rain, some simply gorgeous views, and a tubby cyclist coughing his guts up.
@@SaddleSore yes about a 5km divert with a decent bit of additional climbing! One chap scaled the 6ft fence to discover it was covered in anti climbing paint 😳🙈
Riding the 200 was a fab idea! Your breathing sounded soooo much better as the ride progressed 😊
That’s the same conclusion I came to… cycling is good for you!
He's Back! ... About bloody time. Now get on with it. .... All the best from Australia 👍
welcome back Paul !
Thanks! Good to be back… just in time for winter!
Strong effort there, congrats !
Thanks!
I caught COVID on the same ride. Was going to do the Clwydian but had to cancel as I’m still not over it. Good effort!
Fingers crossed you’re on the mend? I’m surprised how well I got in in the Clwyds… I thought I was going to struggle.
@@SaddleSore getting there thanks, nothing serious. You did well considering. Nice video too. Cheers
I caught that in March still wheezing up 20%
Try doing a 200… it’ll either open your lungs or send you to bed!
Tough one! Organiser said he didn’t check the route 🤷🏻
It all adds to the sense of adventure… did you find a way around?

Well at least you didn’t catch gout…apparently there’s loads of it in Bristol just now…oh yeah, that and chicken pox. So count yourself lucky. 🤪
I’m supposed to be riding in Bristol next month… I’m a little bit frightened of what I might contract.
Don’t panic. Adam’s got an anti gout device now. Don’t believe me? I dare you to ask him. 😉
