Thanks for your Tipps. Some of them I did last year when I rode the Balaton in hungary in 10 hours. But there it was very hot and next time I will use more suncream definitly 😉 so this you remind me, thank you 👍

Good advice. I’m planning fir my first 300k AUDAX in 3 weeks. I’ve kept an eye on the second hand market for spare wheels so I have a wheel with an 11-40 cassette for the hilly rides and an 11-34 for the normal ones. Swapping the wheels out is nice and easy.

I have a seperate wheel for turbo trainer but never thought about swapping for hillier climbs. Can probably drop to a less aero wheel for those rides meaning a new cheaper rim

It is great to have a powerbank with you but it is greater to have a phone with enough juice in the first place, It does not have to be a CAT phone, there are cheaper options with a massive operational span available and your expensive iPhone is safe at home! Great video, love it!

Great information.I use a bike carrier and bag for supplies and needs when on 100+ cycles but I seem to be the only one...I am wondering why?.its light so weight is not a problem...

I also have a carrier (tailfin) with the panniers. And in those I can fit everything i might need. From sleeping bag, repair kit, extra tubes, tent and thicker clothes. Its awesome and I don't worry about anything missing. But I do notice it makes me slower, I am not a fast biker by any means, but I notice that the extra load makes me slower. - But again longer rides are about the ride and not the destination :)

Great tips, was listening on earphones and your ending music is WAY louder than your voice, so bit of a pain in the ears 😆
