Welcome to my kitchen 🍋
I love cookbooks 📚 I love flicking through them, looking at the lovely food pictures and get inspired for some new recipes! And I don't know if you're the same but I tend to gravitate towards the same cookbooks and the same recipes. So today I decided to mix things up and cook some recipes at random from my cookbook collection. I hope this video inspires you to try something new and experiment with a recipe you might not have chosen otherwise!

I loved this video! I am a cookbook "collector" also, but you've got me beat. 😊 I love to make chard and potatoes. I also found it in an Italian cookbook. But I change it up each time - add bacon, or Italian sausage. Sometimes I'll add white beans or carrots. And change up the spices. We love it!

Well, I was being really good not buying any new cookbooks until I saw some of yours. I have a problem too 😊 Now, you have inspired me to open up some of my books and cook something new. But, I also think I knew to buy at least a couple new ones. Thanks for the video.

Haha I know I really should stop buying more cookbooks but I can't help it 😄 He's English - he started learning Greek when we got together! I agree his accent is so good (he loved that comment btw hehe) 👌🏼
