Καλό Πάσχα! I am making that chicken stew today - thank you for reminding me of it! I love the potatoes in it, but we've done it with rice also. Air fryer. Yes, life changing. I've got a small one, and you're right, it's not convenient but it is good for one person. My daughter has a big family, thus a big air fryer, with all the settings and extras. It is fantastic, they'll never be without one now. Well worth the price. Congratulations to you all on your new baby ❤
Hi Kiki. My Yiayia used to make that chicken and potato dish but she added string beans to hers. Yummy!! I've never seen anyone put oats in tyropita before....looks interesting. I love sweet potatoes. Sometimes I roast them with some cut up apples. Sooo good. Happy Easter.
