Great job putting this square body back together because there was not much there to work with. I have owned and still own several of these and one thing they seem to have in common are water leaks when it rains coming from under the windshield area and running down the face of the kick panels causing it to get wet under the floor covering and rust out. might be something to check on this one next time it does.
Great work! What did you use over the welds for the cab corner and rocker patching? It's a darker grey than the rest of the panel and looks like it helped smooth and blend the roughness from the rocker welds. Thanks!
It is Rust Bullet www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002P3IJ8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 I put this on with a brush to fill in any pin holes that might be in the weld that I cannot see. Just another layer of protection. I will also cover all welds with fiberglass filler.
