You become soul tied to your wife or husband that it's only death that can separate you two. But the best is to leave and not remarry again (true Christians) than to stay and loose your sanity or life. It's easier when you put it this way; Modern marriages are mostly trynna be 50/50 (not necessarily financially) while older couples simply understood that it was and always had been 70/30.
