I'm fortunate to have travelled a little around the world and i can boldly say Ghana has the worst customer service anywhere. "Typed this before even watching the video". SmFh
I went to buy a crate of Malta Guinness once. The shop owner said she didn't sell in crates. I said OK. I am buying 30 cans of malt. I had some impromptu visitors to attend to.She didn't sell it to me. She said she didn't sell so much to one person like that.

One thing most employees who work as a customer service personnel forget it's a whole profession on it own, and it takes a lot of communication skills to be good at it. I here dnt blame the employees because most managers dnt employ people who merit the skills cause they dnt want to pay a salary more or within GHs 1000
Over here in UK🇬🇧 they make you feel as if you’re a King or Queen😂. They can pamper you to the extent of easily forgetting you’re over spending😂. You can also cancel your order. If you buy a product and you feel you don’t want it anymore within a particular period of time given, you can return it and get all your money back! Awwww me maen Ghana hmmm enti ebe ye yie ni☹️
Wow, please l just wanna know even at the point where you have used the product? 😮 Because here in Ghana even before you enter to make purchase, it is boldly printed on A4 sheet in front of the shop that "ITEMS SOLD ARE NOT REFUNDABLE" 😅
First time I go west view lounge for Kasoa, I called all the waitresses but none of them attended to us. The funny aspect is that they were all walking around but immediately you call them, they either tell you they’re coming or act as if they’ve not heard you. We sit there like 1hr 30mins before one of them attended to us
The issue with jobs/food joints in Ghana is that, there's no propper orientation when you're hired. Here in America, some ppl do orientation for say a week and they get paid. And some of these ppl even quit during or after the orientation, but still get paid during thy orientation period. America!!!! Leave Ghana oooooo leave 😂

I will be a contrarian here as a Ghanaian living in the US as a customer service consultant helping companies improve on the subject. Customer service is non-existent in Ghana, some may say, but I think we are great at it. I think what we are all trying to communicate here is that we lack how to deliver an experience. Service is all operational; they are things we do to complete a transaction. A great quote embodies this: ‘Service is what you do, experience is how you do it.’ At the same time, employers hold the key to solving the problem, not employees. It's the responsibility of every company to train and educate its employees on how to deliver a great customer experience. It's never the employee's fault; if you think they're not getting after countless trainings, they may be the wrong fit.
I ordered food one time at around 12:00 the guy called me to order uber to pick him up cox his motor is spoilt he saana said i should order the uber in and out because i had already ordered the food i did it for him in and out hmmmmm..... when he came his dress was dirty cox he was trying to fix his motor by himself but he couldn't so he asked me if there is any mechanic around i showed him he said i should add stops so that the uber driver will pass by the mechanic to pick the mechanic up and continue back to where he came from eiii....hm .....
I'm sure it's also because,sometimes they just don't want to feel like they are our slaves for 'serving'..since we are the ones with the money and also probably well dressed..so they just return what they are seeing from you with anger,envy and hatred!..I agree with scanty
Ghanaians used to tip: like 10 years ago people used to tip sometimes , but now the system is so hard I was ordered fries with my friend, the fries came and it was clear the delivery guy had taken some of the fries herh😂
Papaye on spintex has the worst customer service. Their attitude sucks. Sat there for over 15 mins, no service meanwhile the waitresses sat there having a converstaion and lafn out loud.

Most restaurant workers in USA depend on tips cos they are underpaid. It's also a deep-rooted cultural thing, so u kinda have to conform. In Ghana, people do not really work with reviews, we depend a lot on word of mouth.
