A very interesting duo. They have great potential but they have a very fine line drawn from pop & "genre-free". If you make it too happy joy joy, short, conventional & catchy with accessible lyrics, it will sound very POP. However, their darker edgy tracks set them miles apart. If a song is in a minor key, you can go as catchy as you like! All of Björk, Portishead, Lamb, Mandalay, Fever Ray, etc most successful tracks are their most haunting ones. They become timeless. Just like this track. ;)
