190 kph, nice. Factory top speed is 185 kph. Most speedos read +3%, so that's spot on (for stock).

@@Zuwze Yes, but in reality it varies depending on car and on speed. If the speedo shows 190, in a lot of cars it might only be doing 175.

200 km/h must feel more like 275 km/h, especially with the top up.
The road and wind noise with your butt seemingly scraping along the asphalt is quite the sensation in these small roadsters.

I'm confused, did Euro models continue to have 1.6s after 1994? In Canada NA and NB MX-5s have 1.8 Litres starting in 1994 and onward.

@@carminecastaldo2 Well it certainly isn't free here either. The 1990 with the 1.6 gets a combined 7.8 L/100km, while the 1.8 from the 1994 gets 8.7 L/100km. 0.9 of a litre every 100 Kilometers is not going to break the bank.

@@ChimkenNuggers Right but in Europe, cities are limited at 50 km/h often with lot of stops, so these 1.8 models get a proper 10-12 L/100km where 1.6 models get 8.5-9 maximum L/100km, in same conditions, that begin to be unnegliageble (in comparison, I turn about 6.5-8.5 L/100km with my 1.6 than 10 L/100k, often minimum, with an other 1.8 NBFL 2004 model).

In europe Most NBs where 1.6- i dont know how many 1.8 where made. But ive been looking for a 1.8 NB in sweden for almost 2 years and havent found anyone for sale yet....

Why is your Rpm so low on 120?
Mine is 4000 on 130...

I belive his meter doesn't work well. At 4:42 you can see the meter pass from 0 rpm (at about 120 kph) to 3000 rpm in a sec. Mine (same model without red straps ^^) is about same rpm range as your at 130 kph speed.

4:37 klar erkennbar, dass der drehzahlmesser nicht korrekt funktioniert. Die drehzahl ist weitaus höher als angezeigt.

Außerdem geht die Anzeigen Nadel des Drehzahlmesser ab einem gewissen Bereich über auf null zurück
