Apparently the scammers / hackers found a back door exploit using a PC and party chat on Xbox and they have some type of program or something which allows them to ban any Xbox accounts). It's a HUGE mess right now.
I don't think he has damaged much of anything, he didn't really do anything that bad that I know of. He sources products from china and marked the price up which is a pretty common practice in reselling. Yeah he margin was to an extreme level but if you weren't a TH-camr and bought one you might not be that bright. However if he did something else I'm not aware of that was worse That's a different story!
