You should call it the FIRST village of Kargil.
it depends from which side he is coming to Kargil. If you come from Pakistani side, then as per mathematical convention , it would be deemed as the first village in India's Kargil.
@@bhaskartripathiit depends on emotionally how we look at our border areas.
If we say border is “where 🇮🇳 ends” then naturally they will be underdeveloped through corresponding policies.
But if we say border is “where 🇮🇳 begins” then that will encourage policies which develop those areas very well.

Visited twice over there, last year July and this year June, have got some beautiful videos of that region, we had our own binoculars and could see the Pak and Indian bunkers on the top of the mountain
This should be taken up with Defence Ministry. Roads, Health Centers should be set up and Food Processing units for the employement of locals. There should be some arrangement for their agri produts to find wider markets.

all villagers are islamified... this is serious... govt must focus on fixing the social equation.. do ghar wapsi first........... guns and tanks are not required if you change the population from islam to hinduism............mark my words.......rest all measures by govt will fail.
