Hail the Sun has been my favorite band for almost a decade now and I firmly believe Donovan Molero is one of the greatest song writers and musicians of the last couple years. I almost wish the music was more emotionally accessible to a wider audience so more people knew about them but at the same time I feel like that would fundementally change why this band is so awesome. It's pure musical self-expression and story-telling executed at a masterful level.
To see the drummer/singer of one of my new favorite bands wearing the shirt of one of my favorite old, legendary bands really just makes my day. Hell it might even make my year.
