Baby nappy rash cream works like a, dream. Not only is it cold when applied it basically forms a protective barrier that will last for a 2 to 3 mile jog. As your inner thighs rub together with it on its basically just rubbing against the cream instead. I do a lot of hiking and it works with this as well.
Those are the exact boxers i wear. I have been getting back into going for walks, but i keep getting chaffin on my lower ass near the top of my legs. It was never a problem in the past but i am quite a bit overweight at the moment
A tip about blister prevention if your a hiker. 100% wool socks. 1 pair of THICK 100 % wool socks And a thin pair of 100 % wool socks. Wear the thin pair as a liner and the thick pair as the outer. I can't remember who told me..... But it works. You can buy 100% pure Irish THICK wool socks on amazon. But 100% thin wool socks are bloody hard to find, I had to send abroad for mine. Nevertheless because of the nature of wool there's something about it that really cuts down on blisters/hot spots forming when hiking. If you can't get 100% THIN wool socks as a liner pair then get the highest percentage of thin wool pair you can.... 70%...85%... Etc. I don't need mention the other prevention and cures for hot spots/blisters because there's so many. Lueko tape (cut to size). The needle and thread method etc... But the main thing with blisters is stopping them BEFORE they happen. When you get that HOT SPOT feeling on one of your hiking feet somewhere.. Find out what's causing it and stop it from continuing. It might be a small tiny piece of leather folded over on the inside of your boots.. It might be something about the socks your wearing or even that you might be putting to much weight on one foot than the other because your rucksack has more weight on one side than the other. STOP hot spots BEFORE they become blisters. Just be conscious of that hot spot feeling when you've done 20 or 30 miles and find out what's causing it. Don't ignore it. If one foot gets covered in blisters you'll put all your weight on the other foot then BOTH feet will be covered in blisters and your hiking holiday will be ruined and you'll be trying to tear 7 or 8 compeed blister patches of each foot when you get home. It bloody hurts. And it can genuinely lead to feet poisoning.
this was really helpful my testicles are red ring around the base that inflicts pain, any remedies against it? Would really be nice to get rid of this as i have a double marathon coming up.
this is a great video because you are clearly not working for any company's here it's just your natural recommendations thanks for the suggestion im looking into the 6" under armor boxers thigh chaffing is a huge problem for me because i run too. i subbed and liked it keep up the great work
i have a cut on my inner thighs next to my balls from this it wont seem to heal its only a small cut but idk what to do i put sudacrem on it it seems to go then comes back
It’s happens to skinny people too. It all depends on how much you sweat and how you legs are. some people got really close thighs/small hips, some people got thighs that don’t touch.

Mate, grab some metanium cream. It’s messy so careful not to get it everywhere. If you can’t find any, sudocrem is a good barrier cream too.
Nope! Just get some compression shorts.
