I’m a subcontractor and have dealt with not getting paid by these slime balls myself..they end up filling for bankruptcy and paying the people they owe money to 10 cents on the dollar..then they start a new company under a different name and do the same thing all over again.. it’s disgusting

I wonder why the law doesn't make him pay these people. They are making judgements for him to, and yet he still doesn't have to pay. I wish I understood why. lol.
