    What Sweets To Eat For Period Cravings
    1. Eating sweets during your period can throw off your fitness progress if you let it.
    2. If you do eat sweets, eat them in moderation.
    3. I recommend looking for healthy alternatives for the sweets that you like.
    Examples
    - Get a protein bar or a protein cookie instead of regular cookies, cakes, or chocolate.
    - Eat protein chips instead of regular chips.
    - Eat chocolate rice cakes with powdered peanut butter (PB2) & stevia instead of regular peanut butter.
    - Eat fruit with 1oz of nuts
