Wrong. Limit your calorie intake. It doesnt help if you still consume more than your daily limit in calories, doesnt matter if its protein or fats or vegetables.
Wrong, but do you. You can have high fat, high protein and lose weight/body fat while maintaining energy levels. Stripping fat out of the diet is a novice approach. Women menstruate so veggies/protein are inadequate.

Tofu is no good. Too much estrogen. Protein powder can be brutal on digestion. Nuts, beans and lentils

If you want to gain muscle, only do cardio 2-3 times a week. I made the mistake of doing it everyday and it ate my gains.
Why not suggest protein & salad , because sooooo many people hate vegetables but will eat salad all day 😫☝️as if that’s not vegetables 🥗 smh

Some Carbs to fuel your workout. But not heavy. You dont want to feel bloated with a heavy stomach. Carbs will give you the energy you need to get more out of your workouts

If you are actually pushing yourself there is no possible way to do 3 leg days a week effectively. The rest was good advice but that is just insane. You could probably break up the leg movements and do 2 but you shouldnt be doing the same leg exercise more than once a week if you go hard enough

Depending on where you are in your cycle too can make a huge difference on perceived effort

3 leg workouts is definitely too much. If I did 2 leg workouts per week I would divide it in different muscles to something like this: 1st leg day: Squat Leg extensions or lunges Calves 2nd leg day: RDLs Hamstring curls, hip thrusts or maybe cable kickbacks Calves And I would put them 3 days apart.
You can easily do 2 times per week. 3 is probably overkill if you’re lifting heavy weights. I train push-pull-legs-day off-push-pull-legs-day off.
@zHop3 if you actually go hard you cannot easily do 2 leg days a week
