The Ivory King bossfight includes that one must fight off some of the Charred Loyce Knights so I wasn't surprised if the Ivory King lost this fight. If such a fight be even, BonfireVN should've just spawned the Fume Knight in the beginning of Old Chaos and have it fight the Charred Loyce Knights that the Players do to spawn the Burnt Ivory King (but of course, with at least 3 Loyce Knights with him).
I love both of these bosses, but even with triple his HP, Ivory King never stood a chance. Fume Knight is the hardest hitting boss in the entire game. In NG+7 I've legit seen him hit a max level player for 5K damage (which is more HP than you can even have without modding). His second phase slow sweep with the fire can one shot literally any player.

It’s DS2 ; or if I’m being generous if it’s because it’s pre-BB), and for Gwyn knows what reasons I find that quite amusing XD Unfortunately it does take away from the enjoyment of the fight, it makes it less palpable, less real. @@pawface7271 I’m not just talking about the total absence of reaction from either of the bosses from being hit by a magical iron bar and a literal blazing hot hunk of stone or metal, although that is somewhat a problem, I’m talking more about sound effects and visual effects that don’t even seem to signal that there was a hit at all. These two are my favorite bosses out of the whole series.
You're doing Dark Souls 2 vids now? Awesome!
If that's the case, Vendrick vs. Nashandra. It's time for King Vendrick to reclaim his kingdom...
This is a battle I've always wanted to see
I love both of these bosses, but even with triple his HP, Ivory King never stood a chance. Fume Knight is the hardest hitting boss in the entire game.
In NG+7 I've legit seen him hit a max level player for 5K damage (which is more HP than you can even have without modding). His second phase slow sweep with the fire can one shot literally any player.
two of the godly southpaws duking it out on each other? as a lefthander, I approve. 👍
that makes sense, Raime is a DPS test and a tough battle. Ivory King is an endurance test
I'd like to see this own series NPC wars. There is some good summons and pain in the arse invaders.
Jester Thomas (Earthen Peak) Vs. Fencer Sharron (Iron Keep)
Jester Thomas (Shulva) Vs. Mauldron the Assassin (Brume Tower)
The Shulva Gank Squad boss fight Vs. Jester Thomas (Shulva), Mauldron the Assassin (Brume Tower), and the Strongest Scythe Forlorn variant
Damn this reminds me how little impact there can be behind hits on bosses in DS2.
Every one is a gangsta untill fume knight buff his sword. What a badass this boss is.
Hodrick vs Havel
Parry King vs the King of Poise
Fume Knight at the beginning: I’ll let you have this one
Also Fume Knight: Nah, just kidding, lol
Am I the only one who finds absolutely hilarious how there is absolutely no sense of concreteness ? The weapons seem to phase through the bodies, for some reason (I don’t know if it’s because it’s boss against boss or if it’s because of bonfire’s set up or if it’s because... It’s DS2 ; or if I’m being generous if it’s because it’s pre-BB), and for Gwyn knows what reasons I find that quite amusing XD
Unfortunately it does take away from the enjoyment of the fight, it makes it less palpable, less real. It’s really cool nonetheless bonfire, I don’t know what’s the cause and if it’s fixable, but even if it’s not the fight is still quite cool don’t get me wrong, and it’s not like you can do DS3 videos forever ^^
That's because it's DS2.
It's the bosses
P O I S E
Fumey Boi hits players like a tanker truck and knock backs/staggers, likewise with Ivory King.
Hence « weapons seeming to phase trough ».
Fume Kight: It's over Ivory King, I have the high ground!
Ivory King: You underestimate my power.
Fume Knight: Don't try it.
I always watch these videos 3 times:
First time direct and raw
Second time looking through timestamps in the comments
Third time with Chat Replay
This is Aava the King's pet soundtrack. Somehow when this sad yet beautiful melody come in,i know Raime is gonna win. He's not killing the King,he put him out of his misery.
Well.. he is the most feared boss in DS2 + DLC for a reason..
prob one of the hardest boss in the series
@@ags8507 especially when you do not know about the healing
Firelink Shrine vs. Embered Abyss Watchers. Or the Army of Carthus. Or any other opposing large group. I just like big battles.
I fucking love the Fume Knight boss. It's my favourite fight in all the Souls games because it's just so fucking HARD XD
2 of my favorite bosses (and Sir Alonne) from DS2. They are awesome
*Ivory king with 3x HP*
"of course he is gonna win, he has too much health!"
*looks at Raime's damage*
"Jesus Christ he has no chance"
Jesus this was a slaughter. Even x5 health wouldn't have been enough.
Raime is NUTS.
This just proves how powerful Fume Knight is when compared to most of the other bosses. Ivory King with 3x xp AND starting with buffed blade was still taken out by the time he got Fume to 45%.
Fume's resistances and damage are ridiculously high.
God damn, Raime's defenses are just too damn high! IK may as well have been using a toothpick.
Burnt Ivory King is such a gigachad in the lore.
The true Song of Ice & Fire
2:50 Fume Knight: "Long Live The King!"
Two of my favorite Dark Souls characters and my favorite Soulsbournekiro game👍👍👍👍
The Ivory King: So it is treason then..
Burnt Ivory King: "All Women... Are Queens..."
Raime: "IF SHE BREATHES. SHE'S A THOOOOOOOOOT!"
50 hollows vs Champion Gundyr
Дед с батей наконец то сцепились по пьяне...
The results surprised me,but I like the results.
He let him have the first hit cuz he knows how badly he's gonna smash him
2:28 ~ 2:35 You can't get more Anime than this!
Sable Church vs Spears of the Church!
One of the things that made Dark Souls 2 boss easy for me is how they move like they're in slow motion. I hope one day they remake Dark Souls 2, fix those fighting animations that can put you to sleep.
Freja vs Ancient Dragon... Want to see that bitch burns!!
You vs the guy she told you not to worry about
