  • Hello Aviation Lovers! join me today as we fly from Beautiful Broome in Western Australia to one of the first settlements in Australia, Kalumburu Mission.
Before I was an Airline pilot, I flew Charter in some of the harshest conditions known to aviation, In the Australian Outback. Short dirt strips, mud covered fields, wet season, dry season you name it I've done it.
I can help you become an Australian Bush Pilot. Subscribe to learn more

Great video. Great first job for sure.
Hoping for a job such as that once covid is over!

Gab I have got a lot of hours of 210 and 206 time including the turbo models and I would love to have a job like that

Nice! We had one turbo model in my company King Leopold Air but the owner didn't trust I could operate such a complex machine so only the chief pilot got to fly the boosted 210. Great planes :)

You would enjoy a smoother video if you afixed the camera rather than body-mount it. Interesting topic. I fly in the US, but have ridden on small aircraft in Oz before I was a pilot.

@@flyingwithgab2808 I was not flying a small airplane myself, but rode one out to Kangaroo Island with my late wife. Very sad what has happened to Kangaroo Is since... We spent about a month traveling around Oz, mostly be larger aircraft. I was in a unit in VN during the war that was a joint US/Australian Army unit, and the Aussies had a reunion in Perth (beautiful city!), so several of us Americans attended. I do love your country, it's people and it's natural beauty.

How much does it cost to do pilot training?

Depends which license you're trying to attain. Your local flight schools will be able to give you the most accurate pricing but it could be anywhere from a few thousand dollars to over $100,000
