F minor, very bold! A very nice piece, I'm sure it sounds even more amazing on a piano in real life, since piano apps seem to have trouble replicating that dissonance that seeps in from previous chords - which adds so much more life to the piece imo.
Thank you! (: Unfortunately, I’m no pianist and don’t really care to become one. Perhaps one day I’ll find someone to play and record my pieces. I’m wondering, why is f-minor bold?
I think it’s because it’s a fugue.Baroque music(including fugues)is usually very cheerful 😀 and F minor is more of like a piece made in the romantic era. It’s also very, very intense or sad, just so you know. But D minor is a bit more common than F minor, ofc in the Baroque era. It’s a bit more dramatic and we all know that most of the pieces are dramatic in some kind of way.
I also love and compose fugues, and your pieces are very good because they involve various experiments. I'm going to listen to all your songs from now on.
Than k you so much! I really like your Cloister Fugue. I want to listen to more of your fugues, are there more on your channel? I can’t read Japanese. (:
I loved this fugue. Completely by chance the subject of it is a bit similar to a motive in a fugue in C minor that I composed and just published today (because of the leaps and pauses). I just discovered your channel now, you are excellent.
The theme is similar in style to the avant-garde composers of the 70s of the 20th century. great job! very high-quality counterpoint
Thank you, I appreciate it a lot! (=
Yes, something like this was the inspiration.
The real magic is how you managed to avoid voice crossings with such a tall subject 😵💫 AMAZING
Thanks! 😅

Non conosco tecnicismi della fuga , ma questa suona come un brano che entusiasma 😊😊
Grazie mille! ^^

Thank you so much! Yes, it is a rather modern subject, I reckon. But not as chromatic as your fugue. ^^
@@averynhiell This final part of your subject is also similar to Couperin’s Les Barricades Mysterieuses.
I really like the subject! This is really cool Averyn! (:
Thank you so much, Kalynn! ^-^
This is great!! Love it!
Thank you so much! (=

Great! Finally a fugue with a desant stretto.
Thank you! (:
Certified banger
Thanks! ^-^
Have you ever considered orchestrating some of these?
I first have to learn instrumentation, but I plan on doing that soon. ^^
@@averynhiell I’m excited to hear it! Orchestration is super fun in my opinion (although I have no formal education so I might be terrible at it)
Ah, how I wish I had a piano
lol, thanks! ^^
